Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում անցկացվող միջազգային տնտեսական համաժողովի ժամանակ անցկացվել է կլոր սեղան քննարկում` նվիրված Եվրամիություն- Եվրասիական տնտեսական միություն համագործակցությանը: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովից, քննարկմանը ելույթ է ունեցել ԵԱՏՀ Կոլեգիայի նախագահ Վիկտոր Խրիստենկոն` խոսելով երկու միությունների համագործակցության ապագա տեսլականի մասին:

Նա կարծիք է հայտնել, որ ներկա պահին նպատակահարմար է խոսել ԵՄ-ի և ԵԱՏՄ-ի միջև համագործակցության հեռանկարների` հատկապես երկարաժեմկետ հարաբերությունների վերաբերյալ: «ԵՄ-ի և ԵԱՏՄ-ի մոտ այժմ չկան նույնիսկ ընդհանուր նպատակներ, սակայն առանց ապագայի վերաբերյալ համատեղ տեսլականի անհնար է առաջ շարժվել: Ցանկացած դժվարություն, նման պարագայում, կարող է թվալ անհաղթահարելի: Միասնական նպատակը և դրան հասնելու ճանապարհը, սովորաբար, հնարավորություն են ընձեռում հայացք գցել հին և առերեւույթ անհաղթահարելի խնդիրներին միանգամայն այլ տեսանկյունից , եւ վերացնել դրանք»,- ասել է Խրիստենկոն:

Նա ընդգծել է, որ Եվրամիության և Եվրասաիական տնտեսական միության անդամ պետությունների միջև երկխոսության  բովանդակության էական մասը տեղափոխվել է վերազգային իրավունքի դաշտ` Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի մակարդակ: Դրանում ԵԱՏՀ Կոլեգիայի նախագահը տեսնում է մեծ առաելություն: «ԵԱՏՄ օրենսդրական բազան հիմնված է ԱՀԿ նորմերի և կանոնների վրա, և ներառում է միջազգային լավագույն, այդ թվում` Եվրամիության փորձը: Նման խորը ինտեգրման օրինակ պարզապես չկա: Այս տեսանկյունից` ԵԱՏՄ տնտեսական տարածքը շատ թե քիչ պատրաստ է «Լիսաբոնից` Վլադիվաստոկ»  նախագծի իրականացմանը: ԵԱՏՄ-ն ընդլայնված և գլոբալ կարգավորման չափանիշներով` ավելի ներդաշնակ  տարածք է»,- ընդգծել է Խրիստենկոն:

Խոսելով համաշխարհային տնտեսության մեջ Չինաստանի` օր օրի աճող դերի մասին, այդ թվում` աշխարհաքաղաքական և աշխարհատնտեսական նոր զարգացումների ֆոնի վրա, ԵԱՏՀ ներկայացուցիչը ասել է, որ ԵՄ-ի հետ հարաբերությունների սերտացումը չի նշանակում հրաժարվել ավանդական կապերից և ուշադրությունը կենտրոնացնել միայն ԵՄ-ի հետ տնտեսական համագործակցության հեռանկարների վրա:

Վիկտոր Խրիստենկոն կարծիք է հայտնել, որ ԵՄ-ի և ԵԱՏՄ-ի միջև արդյունավետ համագործակցության համար չի բավարարում Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի եւ Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի ինստիտուցիոնալ երկխոսությունը` բիզնեսի ակտիվ մասնակցությամբ:
