Ֆրանսիայի խորհրդարանում Արամ Ա կաթողիկոսը կներկայացնի Հայոց ցեղասպանության պահանջատիրության հարցը

 ՀՅԴ Հայ  դատի Ֆրանսիայի հանձնախմբի նախաձեռնությամբ Ֆրանսիայի խորհրդարանում հունիսի 19-ին մեկնարկելու է Հայոց ցեղասպանությանը նվիրված միջազգային գիտաժողով, որը կրում է «Արդարություն եւ հետեւանքների փոխհատուցում հայ ժողովրդին» խորագիրը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում Հայ դատի հանձնախմբի անդամ Մուրադ Փափազյանն ասաց, որ գիտաժողովի հիմնական հարցը լինելու է Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցում հետեւանքների վերացումն ու պահանջատիրությունը: Հիմնական զեկուցողը լինելու է Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո Արամ Ա կաթողիկոսը, ով ներկայացնելու է Սիսի կաթողիկոսական կալվածքի վերադարձի պահանջով Թուրքիայի Սահմանադրական դատարան դիմելու հայցի մանրամասները:

«Ոչ միայն ցեղասպանության ճանաչումով պետք է բավարարվենք, այլեւ քաղաքականացնենք եւ կազմավորենք հատուցման հարցը: Գիտաժողովին մասնակցելու է Ֆրանսուա Օլանդի աջ ձեռքը` խորհրդարանի սոցիալիստական խմբի ղեկավար Բրունո Լերուն, ով նաեւ հանդես է գալու ծավալուն ելույթով»,-ասաց Փափազյանը` հավելելով, որ քննարկմանը ներկա կգտնվեն հայ եւ ֆրանսիացի քաղաքագետներ, իրավաբաններ:

«Սա առաջին նմանօրինակ քայլն է, որին պետք է հաջորդի ծավալուն աշխատանք, որ տարբեր երկրների դեսպանատների ներկայացնենք պահանջատիրության հարցն ու հատուցման սկզբունքը»,- ասաց Փափազյանը` հավելելով, որ գիտաժողովի ավարտին հռչակագիր է ընդունվելու:

Դեռեւս հաջորդ տարի Հայաստան-սփյուռք համաժողովի ժամանակ Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո Արամ Ա կաթողիկոսն ասաց, որ պատրաստվում է Սիսի կաթողիկոսական կալվածքը վերադարձնելու պահանջով հայց ներկայացնել Թուրքիայի Սահմանդրական դատարան:  Անթիլիասից շեշտում են, որ եթե Թուրքիայի Սահմանադրական դատարանը մերժի հայցն ու թուրքական կառավարությունը հրաժարվի վերադարձնել կալվածքը, ապա հայկական կողմը դիմելու է Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան: Այժմ մի խոմբ իրավաբաններ աշխատում են թղթածրարի վրա, որպեսզի այն պատշաճ կերպով եւ բարձր մակարդակով ներկայացնեն Թուրքիայի ՍԴ: Պահանջատիրության հարցը նաեւ ամրագրված է Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի հռչակագրում:  Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի կարգախոսն է «Հիշում եմ եւ պահանջում», ինչը ենթադրում է ռազմավարական գործողություններում հայկական կողմը մեկ քայլ առաջ է կատարելու եւ միջազգային ճանաչմանը զուգընթաց նաեւ քայլեր է կատարելու պահանջատիրության եւ հետեւանքների վերացման հարցում:
