 Բաղրամյան պողոտայում տեղի ունեցած անցանկալի միջադեպն արդյունք է եղել ընդդեմ էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացման բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցների թույլ տված սխալների: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք հայտնեց ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար, ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը: «Առաջին սխալը, որը թույլ տվեցին ակցիայի մասնակիցները, հանրապետության Նախագահի հետ հանդիպման առա ջարկը մերժելն էր: Նրանք պետք է ընդառաջ գնային այդ առաջարկին և հանդիպեին Նախագահի հետ ինչն ավելի արդյունավետ քայլ կլիներ իրենց պայքարի համար»,-նշեց Աշոտյանը:

Ակցիայի մասնակիցների երկրորդ սխալը Աշոտյանը համարում է այն, որ նրանք չեն ենթարկվել ոստիկանության կոչերին և չեն վերադարձել Ազատության հրապարակ: «Ես կարծում եմ, որ սա մարտավարական տեսակետից իրենց մյուս սխալն էր»,- ասաց նախարարը:

Արմեն Աշոտյանը ցավ հայտնեց, որ միջադեպի ընթացքում տուժել են նաև լրագրողներ՝ ընդգծելով, որ լրագրողների աշխատանքը շատ բարդ է: «Լինել իրադարձությունների էպիկենտրոնում, տալ օպերատիվ լրահոս, միշտ չէ, որ անվտանգ է: Կարծում եմ` ավելի մեծ համբերություն է հարկավոր նրանց աշխատանքում: Սակայն ցանկանում եմ նշել, որ որոշ լրատվամիջոցներ շատ ուղղորդված էին լուսաբանում այց ցույցը: Շատ կողմնակալ էին հատկապես ուղիղ եթերում»,- ընդգծեց Աշոտյանը:

Անդրադառնալով ոստիկանության գործողություններին՝ Արմեն Աշոտյանը փաստեց, որ ոստիկանությունը կարողացել է բարձր մակարդակով գործողություն իրականացնել, իսկ մինչ այդ կարողացել է համբերատար աշխատել ակցիայի մասնակից երիտասարդների հետ: «Ես պետք է նաև նշեմ, որ այդ երիտասարդներից շատերն ինձ վրա լավ տպավորություն են թողել: Ցավոք, իրենք իրենց մեջից չկարողացան ինքնակարգավորման մեխանիզմներ ընտրել, որպեսզի կարողանան իրենց այդ տարերային արդար ցասումն ինստիտուցիոնալ դարձնել, օրինակ՝ պատվիրակություն կազմել, հանդիպել Նախագահի հետ»,- հավելեց նա:

Եզրափակելով խոսքը՝ Աշոտյանը նշեց, որ իր համար անհասկանալի է մնում, թե ինչու այդ ակցիային չեն մասնակցել ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչները: Հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ միայն ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչները, Աշոտյանն ընդգծեց, որ իշխանությունների դեմ ցույցին, իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները չէին կարող մասնակցել: Դիտարկմանը, թե բողոքի ակցիան ոչ թե իշխանությունների դեմ էր, այլ էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացման, նախարարն ընդգծեց, որ ինքը հետևել է ակցիայի ընթացքին և այնտեղ հնչել են նաև կոչեր իշխանությունների դեմ:
