«Նորմանդական քառյակի» (Ռուսաստան. Ֆրանսիա, Գերմանիա, Ուկրաինա) ԱԳ նախարարները Փարիզում կայացած բանակցություններում հավաստել են, որ պաշտպանում են Ուկրաինայի հարավ-արեւելքի իրադրության կարգավորման վերաբերյալ Մինսկի համաձայնությունների ամբողջական կատարումը եւ կոչ են արել կողմերին՝ մինչեւ հունիսի 26-ը համաձայնության հասնել հակամարտության գոտուց սպառազինությունների հետքաշման շուրջ: Այդ մասին ասված է ամփոփիչ հայտարարության մեջ, որը հրապարակել է Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավար Լորան Ֆաբիուսը, տեղեկացնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

«Մենք այդ կապակցությամբ ողջունում ենք անվտանգության հարցերի գծով աշխատանքային խմբի խորհրդակցության անցկացումը, որը կկայանա հուլիսի 2-ին: Մենք կոչ ենք անում դրա մասնակիցներին մինչեւ հունիսի 26-ը համաձայնության հասնել տանկերի եւ 100 միլիմետրից պակաս տրամաչափի մի շարք այլ սպառազինությունների հետքաշման շուրջ»,- հայտարարել է Ֆաբիուսը: Նրա խոսքով՝ հետքաշումը պետք է սկսվի առաջիկա շաբաթներին:

Արտաքին գործերի նախարարները վերստին ընդգծել են «Դոնբասի հակամարտության արագ ապաէսկալացման եւ կրակի անհապաղ դադարեցման» անհրաժեշտությունը: Նրանց խոսքով՝ դա թույլ կտա առաջընթացի հասնել «ինչպես քաղաքական, այնպես էլ հումանիտար եւ սոցիալ-տնտեսական ոլորտներում»: Բացի այդ, «քառյակի» ԱԳ նախարարները կոչ են արել՝ դադարեցնել ԵԱՀԿ-ի դիտորդների մուտքի սահմանափակումը, ինչը խոչընդոտում է ծանր սպառազինությունների հետքաշման նկատմամբ հսկողությանը եւ հակասում է Մինսկի համաձայնություններին, եւ «վերացնել այն արգելքները, որոնք խանգարում են հակամարտության գոտի մարդասիրական օգնություն հասցնելուն»:
