Երևանում բացվեց տարածաշրջանում առաջին տեխնիկական անվտանգության փորձարկման լաբորատորիան

 Երևանի փրկարարական վարչության Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա բաժնի թիվ 4 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատի տարածքում կայացավ ՀՀ ՏԿԱԻՆ տեխնիկական անվտանգության փորձարկման լաբորատորիայի բացումը: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից,  փորձարկման լաբորատորիայի բացմանը ներկա էր ՏԿԱԻ նախարար Արմեն Երիցյանը:

Լաբորատորիան կառուցվել է նախարար Երիցյանի հանձնարարականով և ունի տարածաշրջանային նշանակություն: Այն հնարավորություն է ընձեռում փորձարկել շինարարական տարբեր նշանակության ապրանքներ, հակահրդեհային նյութեր, ներկեր, յուղեր, ապակիներ, պատուհաններ, լամինատե հատակներ և այլն: Լաբորատորիայում կփորձարկվեն նաև վերելակային անվտանգության 100-ից ավելի սարքավորումներ:

Տեխնիկական անվտանգության ազգային կենտրոնի տնօրենի տեղակալ Վլադիմիր Հովսեփյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ լաբորատորիայի բացումը կարևոր իրադարձություն է, քանի որ Հարավային Կովկասում այն առաջինն է:

«Մինչ օրս Տեխնիկական անվտանգության ազգային կենտրոնն աշխատանքներն իրականացրել է շարժական լաբորատորիաների միջոցով, ինչը հնարավորություն չէր տալիս իրականացնել հակահրդեհային նորմերին համապատասխան տարատեսակ նյութերի փորձարկումներ, իսկ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում դրանք փորձարկվում էին արտերկրում: Լայն առումով տարածաշրջանում նմանատիպ լաբորատորիաներ կան միայն Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում և Բելառուսի Հանրապետությունում, սակայն դրանցում աշխատանքները կատարվում են մեխանիկական սկզբունքներով: Մեր լաբորատորիայի առավելությունն այն է, որ այն գործում է ամբողջովին ավտոմատ համակարգով», – նշեց Վլադիմիր Հովսեփյանը:

Տեխնիկական անվտանգության փորձարկման լաբորատորիան հագեցած է ժամանակակից սարքավորումներով: Փորձարկման սրահը SOS ազդանշանային համակարգով միացված է 911 ծառայությանը: Լաբորատորիայում ստեղծվել է հյուրանոցային դռների փորձարկման կետ: Միջազգային չափանիշներով՝ հյուրանոցների դռները հրդեհի դեպքում պետք է 30 րոպե դիմանան մինչև 800 աստիճան ջերմության, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս նվազեցնել հրդեհի տարածման հավանականությունը: Լաբորատորիայում փորձարկում կանցնեն նաև հատուկ նշանակության և պետական կառույցների դռները և պատուհանները:  

«Նախկինում դռները փորձարկելու համար մեր երկրի քաղաքացիները ստիպված էին դիմել ՌԴ-ի օգնությանը, հիմա այդ հնարավորությունը կա նաև Հայաստանում: Ավելին, տարածաշրջանի պետություններն այժմ կարող են իրենց փորձարկումների համար դիմել ՀՀ-ին», - տեղեկացրեց Տեխնիկական անվտանգության ազգայինկենտրոնի տնօրեն Աշոտ Պետրոսյանը:

Նախարար Ա. Երիցյանի ներկայությամբ լաբորատորիայում տեղի ունեցավ Երևանի հյուրանոցներից մեկի հակահրդեհային նորմերին համապատասխանող սենյակային դռան փորձարկում, որը 30 րոպե դիմացավ 800 աստիճան ջերմության:
