ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի հրամանով ստեղծված ամառային զորակոչի հետ կապված բողոքները քննող հանձնաժողովը 60 դիմում է ստացել:  Այս տարվա ամառային զորակոչի անցկացման գործընթացի թափանցիկության և օրինականության ապահովման, զորակոչի ընթացքում քաղաքացիների դիմումներում և բողոքներում բարձրացված հարցերի քննարկման և արագ լուծման նպատակով ստեղծված հանձնաժողովն անցկացրեց անդրանիկ նիստը: 

Պաշտպանության նախարարի խորհրդական, նախարարին առընթեր Հասարակական խորհրդի նախագահ Գեղամ Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ հանձնաժողովը հավաքներից շուտ է սկսում նիստերը: «Այս մեխանիզմը մեզ հնարավորություն է տալիս ժամանակին քննել, ուսումնասիրել բոլոր դիմումները և համապատասխան ընթացք տալ: Օրինաչափություն կա, որ դիմում-բողոքների գերակշիռ մեծամասնությունը վերաբերում է զորակոչիկների առողջական խնդիրներին: Դրանք այն հարցերն են, որ ուշադիր քննարկում են պահանջում: Հանձնաժողովի կազմում մենք պարտադիր ընդգրկում ենք համապատասխան մասնագետների՝ բժիշկներ, իրավաբաններ»,-նշեց Գեղամ Հարությունյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ դիմում-բողոքներում գերակշռում են սրտի, ողնաշարի հետ կապված խնդիրներով զորակոչիների հարցերը: «Մեզ կարող են դիմել բոլոր աշխատանքային օրերին և ժամերին, հեռախոսով կարող են ճշտել իրենց հետաքրող հարցերը, դիմում ներկայացնելու կարգը: Հանձնաժողովն սկսում է իր աշխատանքը հունիսի 25-ից, շարունակելու է յուրաքանչյուր շաբաթ՝ երկուշաբթի և հինգշաբթի օրերին»,-տեղեկացրեց նա:

Գեղամ Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ նախորդ զորակոչին իրենք ստացել են 283 դիմում-բողոք: «94 տոկոսը վերաբերել է առողջական խնդիրներին: 1/3-ին ընթացք չենք տվել, որովհետև համարել ենք, որ զորակոչային մարմինների որոշումները հիմնավորված են: 2/3-ին ընթացք ենք տվել»,-հավելեց պաշտպանության նախարարի խորհրդականը: Ութ հոգուց բաղկացած հանձնաժողովը, Գեղամ Հարությունյանի ղեկավարությամբ, առաջինն ընդունեց Դիանա Սաֆարյանին, ով իր դիմումի մեջ նշել էր, թե իր ամուսինն արդեն մի քանի տարի անհայտ բացակայում է: Նա խնդրել էր, որ իր որդին՝ զորակոչիկ Արման Աղայանը, որպե ս միակողմանի ծնողազուրկ, որոշակի արտոնությունների ունենա: Հանձնաժողովի անդամները հորդորեցին դիմել դատարան, որը անձի անհայտ կորելուց երեք տարի անց միայն կարող է նրան մահացած ճանաչել:

Արթուր Բարսեղյանն էլ խնդրել էր հաշվի առնել իր որդու՝ զորակոչիկ Սերգեյ Բարսեղյանի առողջական խնդիրները: Հանձնաժողովը որոշեց, որ զորակոչիկը պետք է կենտրոնական բժշկական հանձնաժողովում վնասվածքաբանական հետազոտություն անցնի:
