 Իսպանիայի պրոֆեսիոնալ ֆուտբոլային լիգան ՖԻՖԱ-ի դեմ հայց է ներկայացրել Լոզանայի սպորտային արբիտրաժային դատարան: Այս մասին հաղորդում է «Ինտերֆաքս» գործակալությունը:

Հայցը կապված է 2022թ-ի Ֆուտբոլի աշխարհի առաջնությունը Քաթարում նոյեմբերի 20-ից դեկտեմբերի 18-ն անցկացնելու անհամաձայնության հետ: Լիգան հաշվարկներ է իրականացրել անկախ փորձագետների մասնակցությամբ եւ պարզել, որ գրաֆիկի փոփոխության արդյունքում իր կորուստները կկազմեն 65 մլն եվրո: Հայցի հետ համաձայնվել են եվրոպական բոլոր առաջատար լիգաները, սակայն չեն ստորագրել այն:

«Մենք ցանկանում ենք պաշտպանել մեր եւ ակումբների շահերը, որոնք մարզիկների եւ հավաքականների զարգացման մեջ հիմնական ներդրումն են կատարում»,- հայտարարել է Լիգայի նախագահ Խավյեր Տեբասը: Նրա խոսքով՝ աշխարհի առաջնությունը ձմռանն անցկացնելով իրենք կկորցնեն 65 մլն եվրո: «Մեզ աջակցել են մյուս լիգաները, սակայն միայն բառերով: Այժմ դեռ շատերը վախենում են ՖԻՖԱ-ից: Սակայն կան շահերի պաշտպանության իրավական խողովակներ: Այդպես են վարվում քաղաքակիրթ մարդիկ: Ոչ ոք չպետք է վախենա դատարան դիմելուց՝ սեփական օրինական իրավունքները պաշտպանելու համա ր»,- հավելել է նա:

Ավելի վաղ ՖԻՖԱ-ն նշել էր, որ լիգաները եւ ակումբները լրացուցիչ ֆինանսական փոխհատուցում կստանան 2022-ի աշխարհի առաջնությունը ձմռանն անցկացնելու դիմաց:
