Երեկ ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի կողմից կայացված եւ հայտարարված որոշումից հետո, Orer.am-ը զրուցեց ԱԺ ՀԱԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ, ով նշեց, որ Բաղրամյան պողոտայում հավաքված հանրությունն ինքը պետք է որոշի՝ ինչ քայլերի գնալ, շարունակել պայքարը, թե` ոչ.

«Քանի որ քաղաքացիական այս պրոցեսի կրողը ժողովուրդն է, ապա հենց ինքն էլ պետք է արտահայտի իր վերաբերմունքը որոշման նկատմամբ: Ես կարող եմ ասել իմ անձնական կարծիքը, որը որեւէ կապ չի կարող ունենալ քաղաքացիական շարժման դիրքորոշման հետ: Պետք է նկատեմ, որ այս դիրքորոշումն ինձ շատ հիշեցրեց 2008 թվականի Մարտի 1-ի սպանությունների վերաբերյալ Սերժ Սարգսյանի կատարած մի հայտարարություն: Հավանաբար հիշում եք, որ 2011 թվականին նա հրավիրեց իրավապահ մարմիններին եւ հորդորեց, եւս մեկ անգամ քննել Մարտի մեկի գործը, նայել փաստերը, որպեսզի տեղի ունեցածը բացահայտվի: Նա այդ քայլով փորձում էր ցույց տալ, թե իբր իշխանությունը վճռական կամ հաստատակամ է Մարտի 1-ի սպանությունները բացահայտելու գործում: Իսկ մենք տեսնում ենք, որ մոտ չորս տարի է անցել, եւ ոչ մի արդյունք մինչ օրս չկա»:

Համեմատական անցկացնելով 2011 թվականի եւ նախագահի երեկվա հայտարարության միջեւ, պատգամավորը նկատեց, որ այն ոչ թե խնդիրը լուծելու, այլ պրոբլեմը հետաձգելու մեթոդ է.

«Ըստ էության սա ոչ թե խնդիրը լուծելու, այլ այն հետաձգելու եւս մեկ քայլ է: Եկեք, հասկանանք, որ կառավարությունը փոխհատուցելու է բյուջեից, բայց բյուջեն ձեւավորվում է քաղաքացիների վճարած հարկերից», նկատեց Ն. Փաշինյանը: Նախագահի հայտարարությունից անցում կատարելով ընդդիմադիր գործիչների` Բաղրամյան պողոտայում գտնվելուն եւ պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե ինչպե՞ս եք գնահատում այն հանգամանքը, որ ձեր ընդդիմադիր կոլեգաները թերեւս ժողովրդի համար կարեւորագույն խնդրի լուծման ժամանակ պայքարողների կողքին չեն իրենց ողջ թիմով, Ն. Փաշինյանը պատասխանեց. «Այստեղ ներկա են բազմաթիվ ընդդիմադիր գործիչներ, որոնք մինչ օրս եկել են, մասնակցել են բողոքի ակցիային, նաեւ կենդանի պատ են կազմել, որի համար ես շատ ուրախ եմ»:
