Արմավիրում սանիտարահակահամաճարակային կանոնները խախտելու դեպքերով հարուցվել է 4 քրեական գործ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր՝ նախադպրոցական հաստատություններում սանիտարահակահամաճարակային կանոնները խախտելու դեպքերի առթիվ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի դեպարտամենտից, 2015 թվականի մայիս-հունիսին սուր «աղիքային ինֆեկցիա», «կլեբսիելա» և «շիգելլա զոնե» ախտորոշումներով «Արմավիր» բժշկական կենտրոն է դիմել 50 երեխա, որոնցից 38-ը տարբեր մանկապարտեզների սաներ են, 11-ը որևէ  ուսումնական և նախադպրոցական հաստատություն չեն հաճախել, իսկ մեկ երեխան դպրոցական է:

«Հաշվի առնելով հանրության հետաքրքրությունը՝ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ հիվանդանոց դիմած երեխաներից 27-ի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է «սուր աղիքային ինֆեկցիա», 11-ի մոտ՝ «կլեբսիելա», 10-ի մոտ՝ «շիգելլա զոնե» աղիքային հիվանդություններ, 4 տարեկան տղան գտնվում է անգիտակից վիճակում, իսկ երեխաներից մեկը մահացել է:

Վերոնշյալ դեպքերի առթիվ նախապատրաստված նյութերով հարուցվել է 4 քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 277-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, նախապատրաստված 16 նյութերով քրեական գործի հարուցումը մերժվել է հանցադեպի բացակայության հիմքով, ևս 7 դեպքի առթիվ նյութերի նախապատրաստումն ընթացքի մեջ է։

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, երեխայի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 130-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով (բժշկական օգնություն և սպասարկում իրականացնողների կողմից մասնագիտական պարտականությունները չկատարելը կամ ոչ պատշաճ կատարելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է բուժվող հիվանդի մահը):

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ դեպքի բազմակողմանի և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ»,- նշված է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տարածած հաղորդագրությունում :
