Ես հպարտությամբ եմ արձանագրում, որ հայ բժիշկները թե՛ հայրենիքում, թե՛ սփյուռքում բարձր են պահում իրենց մասնագիտական արժանապատվությունը։ Այս մասին ասվում է նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ուղերձում Հայաստանի 4–րդ բժշկական համագումարի մասնակիցներին։

"Ջերմորեն ողջունում եմ Հայաստանի 4-րդ միջազգային բժշկական համագումարի մասնակիցներին։ Հայրենիքում եւ սփյուռքում պարբերաբար կազմակերպվող ձեր մասնագիտական համագումարներն իրենց վրա են վերցրել շատ կարեւոր առաքելություն` համախմբել հայրենիքի եւ սփյուռքի բժշկական ներուժը, համատեղ ծրագրերով զարգացնել առողջապահական համակարգերը Հայաստանում եւ Արցախում։

Սա հայրենիքի եւ սփյուռքի արդյունավետ համագործակցության լավագույն օրինակ կարող է հանդիսանալ։ Հայոց Մեծ եղեռնի 100-ամյակի տարում կազմակերպվող հերթական համագումարը պարտադրում է իրադարձություններին գնահատականներ տալ փոքր-ինչ այլ տեսանկյունից։

Սփյուռքն արդյունք է հարյուր տարի առաջ կատարված մարդկային ամենածանր եղեռնագործության։ Սակայն այսօր ուժեղ ենք հայրենիք-սփյուռք-Արցախ միասնականու-թյան մեջ։ Ոլորտ առ ոլորտ ամրացող մեր կապերն ավելի ինքնավստահ ու անպարտելի են դարձնում մեզ։

Պատահական չէ, որ բավական խոր ակունքներ ունեցող այս նախաձեռնության հե-ղինակներն ունեն մարդկային անգնահատելի արժեքների՝ գթասրտության եւ կարեկցանքի վրա հիմնված մասնագիտություն։ Ես հպարտությամբ եմ արձանագրում, որ հայ բժիշկները թե՛ հայրենիքում, թե՛ սփյուռքում բարձր են պահում իրենց մասնագիտական արժանապատվությունը։

Ինչ խոսք, նորանկախ մեր պետությունը դեռեւս երկար ճանապարհ պիտի անցնի առաջատար երկրների առողջապահական համակարգերի հետ համեմատվելու համար։ Բայց մասնագիտական ձեր վաղեմի համագործակցության, ինչպես նաեւ ներքին մեծ ներուժի շնորհիվ առանձին ծառայությունների գծով տարածաշրջանում լուրջ դերակատարություն ունենք։

Այսօր մենք համարձակ ծրագրեր ենք իրականացնում ինչպես մարզային առողջապահությունը զարգացնելու, այնպես էլ ամենաժամանակակից հնարավորություններով Ուռուցքաբանության գերազանցության հայկական կենտրոն կամ տարածաշրջանային նշանակության արյունաբանական ծառայություն ստեղծելու ուղղությամբ։

Հարգելի՛ բարեկամներ,

Վստահ եմ, որ հերթական այս հավաքը եւս արդյունավետ է լինելու եւ համագործակցության նոր հեռանկարներ է բացելու, եւ համոզված եմ, որ հայրենիքի յուրաքանչյուր հաջողություն ընկալվում է որպես համայն հայության առաջընթաց:

Մաղթում եմ ձեզ մասնագիտական նորանոր ձեռքբերումներ, որոնք կնպաստեն մեր ընդհանուր հայրենիքի առաջընթացին, իսկ համագումարին` բովանդակալից եւ արդյունավետ աշխատանք", – ասված է ուղերձում։
