Ժնեւի միջազգային բանակցությունների 32-րդ փուլն անցել Է կառուցողական մթնոլորտում: Այդ մասին հաղորդել Է Վրաստանի ԱԳ նախարարությունը:

Հանդիպումներն անցել են երկու աշխատանքային խմբերում: Առաջին խմբում քննարկվել են Աբխազիայում ու Հարավային Օսիայում անվտանգության եւ կայունության հարցերը, իսկ երկրորդում՝ այն հարցերը, որոնք կապված են իրենց տներ հարկադիր վերաբնակների եւ փախստականների արժանապատիվ վերադարձի հետ:

«Բանակցություններն անցել են կառուցողական մթնոլորտում: Երկու աշխատանքային խմբերի շրջանակներում կողմերն ամբողջությամբ քննարկել են այն բոլոր հարցերը, որոնք նախատեսված Էին օրակարգով»,-ասվում Է հաղորդագրության մեջ, որը մեջբերել Է Sputnik գործակալությունը:

Առաջին աշխատանքային խմբի շրջանակներում անցկացված հանդիպմանը նշվել Է, որ Աբխազիայի եւ Հարավային Օսիայի վարչական սահմաններին փշալարեր անցկացնելը եւ այլ արհեստական արգելքների ստեղծումը «կոպտորեն խախտում Է տեղի բնակչության հիմնարար իրավունքները»:

Նաեւ դրվել Է Աբխազիայի եւ Հարավային Օսիայի տարածքներում անվտանգության միջազգային մեխանիզմների ստեղծման անհրաժեշտության հարցը:

Երկրորդ աշխատանքային խմբի շրջանակներում քննարկվել են վարչական սահմանով քաղաքացիների տեղաշարժման, մայրենի լեզվով կրթություն ստանալու իրավունքի հարցերը, Աբխազիայի եւ Հարավային Օսիայի բնակիչների իրավունքների պաշտպանության անհրաժեշտությունը, մշակութային ժառանգության եւ բնապահպանության հարցեր:

Ժնեւյան բանակցությունները Եվրամիության, ՄԱԿ-ի եւ ԵԱՀԿ-ի միջնորդությամբ անցկացվում են 2008 թվականի հոկտեմբերից այն պայմանավորվածությունների հիման վրա, որոնք ձեռք են բերվել 2008 թվականին Վրաստանում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձություններից հետո: Ժնեւյան հանդիպումներին մասնակցում են Վրաստանի, Ռուսաստանի, ԱՄՆ-ի պատվիրակությունները, աբխազական եւ հարավօսական կողմերի ներկայացուցիչներ, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
