Մեկնարկել է հեռաուսուցման եղանակով իրականացվող առաջին դասընթացը

Արդարադատության ակադեմիայում հունիսի 30-ին տեղի ունեցած միջոցառման ընթացքում տրվել է Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի HELP ծրագրի շրջանակում հեռաուսուցման եղանակով իրականացվող առաջին փորձնական դասընթացի մեկնարկը: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Արդարադատության ակադեմիայի հանրային կապերի բաժնից, առաջին խմբում ընդգրկված է 11 մասնակից՝ դատավորներ, դատախազներ, դատավորի օգնականներ, քննիչներ: Դասընթացը նվիրված է Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական կոնվենցիայի և Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի նախադեպային իրավունքին: Հինգ շաբաթվա ընթացքում մասնակիցները պետք է առցանց յուրացնեն թեման և կատարեն առաջադրանքները:

Միջոցառմանը ներկա են եղել Հայաստանում ԵԽ գրասենյակի ղեկավար Նատալյա Վուտովան, ծրագրի համակարգող Կամիլա Գանգլոֆը, Մարդու իրավունքների ազգային իրականացման վարչության ներկայացուցիչ Տիգրան Կարապետյանը, ԵԽ հայաստանյան ծրագրի ղեկավար Գայանե Հովհաննիսյանը:

Ողջունելով հյուրերին և երախտագիտություն հայտնելով Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի երևանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավարին արդյունավետ համագործակցության համար՝ Արդարադատության ակադեմիայի ռեկտոր Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը նշել է, որ Ակադեմիան ցանկանում է քայլել ժամանակին համընթաց, այդ պատճառով չափազանց կարևորում է ժամանակակից կրթական ոլորտում հեռաուսուցման դերը, թեև գիտակցում է, որ ճիշտ մեթոդաբանության ընտրության դեպքում է միայն հնարավոր կազմակերպել արդյունավետ հեռաուսուցում: Պատահական չէ, որ Ակադեմիան 2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերին ընդունել է հեռաուսուցման ռազմավար ություն:

Հայաստանում ԵԽ գրասենյակի ղեկավար Նատալյա Վուտովայի խոսքով՝ HELP ծրագիրը հեռաուսուցման անվճար հարթակ է Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի անդամ 47 երկրների իրավական ոլորտի մասնագետների համար: Տիկին Վուտովան ուրախությամբ նշել է, որ Արդարադատության ակադեմիան ակտիվորեն մասնակցում է այս ցանցի աշխատանքներին: Այդ առումով Ն. Վուտովան հատուկ ընդգծել է Ակադեմիայի հեռաուսուցման վարչության պետի ներգրավվածությունը առկա և հեռավար ուսուցման եղանակներով վերապատրաստման դասընթացներ կազմակերպելու համար հատուկ ուղեցույցի մշակման աշխատանքներին, ինչպես նաև կարևորեց Գիտահետազոտական վարչության պետի աշխատանքը՝ որպես HELP ծրագրի տեղական համակարգող: Տիկին Վուտովան առաջին խմբի մասնակիցներին հորդորեց ժամանակ տրամադրել գիտելիք ստանալու համար:

Ծրագրի պատասխանատուները բաց են առաջարկների համար, պատրաստ են հաշվի առնել այն բոլոր կարծիքները, որոնք կօգնեն բարելավել դասընթացը:
