Գյումրիում անցկացվեց «Աշխատանքի տոնավաճառ»

ՀՀ աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության  Զբաղվածության պետական գործակալության նախաձեռնությամբ, «Գյումրու զբաղվածության մարզային կենտրոն»-ի կողմից, Գյումրիում  հուլիսի 3-ին անցկացվեց «Աշխատանքի տոնավաճառ»: Ի դեպ, Գյումրիում այն անցկացվում է  8-րդ անգամ: Տոնավաճառին ներկա էին  «Զբաղվածության պետական գործակալության» պետ Արտակ Մանգասարյանը, Շիրակի փոխմարզպետ Հարություն Արշակյանը, Գյումրու քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանը: Տոնավաճառին մասնակցելու հայտ էր ներկայացրել 35 գործատու՝ 157 առկա և 172 սպասվելիք թափուր աշխատատեղերի համար, սակայն, արդյունքում, տոնավաճառին մասնակցող գործատուների թիվը գերազանցեց սպասելիքները՝ տոնավաճառին մասնակցում էր 39 գործատու:

 Շիրակի փոխմարզպետ Հարություն Արշակյանը, ողջունելով տոնավաճառի բոլոր հյուրերին՝ փոխանցեց նաև Շիրակի մարզպետ Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանի ուղերձը, որում ասված էր. «Տոնավաճառը ծանոթությունների շրջանակը ընդլայնելու, տարբեր կազմակերպությունների մասին տեղեկանալու լավ հնարավորություն  է: Հուսով եմ, որ այս տոնավաճառը կրկին կպսակվի հաջողությամբ: Աշխատանքի տոնավաճառը Գյումրիում աշխատանք փնտրողների  համար հնարավորություն կստեղծի միաժամանակ հանդիպել մասնագետների պահանջ ունեցող  տարբեր գործատուների, ծանոթանալ նրանց կողմից ներկայացված առկա և սպասվելիք թափուր աշխատատեղերին ու պահանջներին:

Արդյունքում, գործատուները ունենալով ընտրության մեծ հնարավորություն, հաջողությամբ կկարողանան համալրել իրենց ընկերության թափուր աշխատատեղերը»: Համագործակցված աշխատանք՝ գործատուների և աշխատանք փնտրողների միջև ցանկացավ նաև Գյումրու քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանը: Կրկին անգամ կարևորելով տոնավաճառի գործառույթը, Սամվել Բալասանյանը կոչ արեց մասնակիցներին նաև մոտենալ Գյումրու քաղաքապետարանի տաղավարին և ծանոթանալ քաղաքպետարանի կողմից առաջարկվող աշխատատեղին:

Ի դեպ, Գյումրու քաղաքապետարանում առկա են աղբատար մեքենայի վարորդների հաստիքներ: Զբաղվածության պետական գործակալության պետ Արտակ Մանգասարյանը, իր խոսքում նշեց, որ «Աշխատանքի տոնավաճառ»-ների շնորհիվ արդեն բազում  քաղաքացիներ գտել են աշխատանք՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ այսօր էլ շատերը կ գտնեն այն, ինչ փնտրում են:Օրվա  ընթացքում աշխատանք փնտրողները հնարավորություն ունեցան ծանոթանալու ՇՄ աշխատաշուկային, պետության կողմից առաջարկվող զվաղվածության աջակցության ծրագրերին: Ավելացնենք, որ Գյումրիում պահանջվող մասնագիտությունները տարբեր են՝ այս պահին կա ավտոլվացողների, հաշվապահների, վարորդների, խոհարարների,  գովազդային գործակալների, լրագրողի,  համակարգչային գրաֆիկայի օպերատորի, ոսկերիչների, բանվորների, ծրագրավողների և  այլ մասնագետների կարիք:
