Ծաղկաձորում անց են կացվում «Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի հիմնախնդիրները Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում» թեմայով սեմինար-քննարկումներ, որի շրջանակներում բարձրաձայնվում են թերեւս ամենաշատը կոռուպցիոն ռիսկեր ենթադրող ոլորտների աշխատանքները եւ դրանց էֆեկտիվությունը: Խոսելով խոր արմատներ ունեցող կոռուպցիայի մասին՝ բանախոսներն ու լրագրողները փորձում են հասկանալ, թե իրականում «որտեղ է թաքնված շան գլուխը»:

ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանը, ով Հայաստանում ստեղծված իրավիճակի հետ կապված կարեւորում է ցանցակած անձի ակտիվությունն ու ներգրավվածությունը, կոռուպցիայի բացահայտման գործընթացում նշեց. «Շատերը կարծում են, որ մեկ անձով հարց չի կարող լուծվել: Պետք է ասեմ, որ դա այդպես չէ: Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարող յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի կարող է մեծ աշխատանք կատարել. նա իր տեղեկատվությամբ, խորհուրդներով եւ ակտիվությամբ կարող է զգալի փոփոխություն մտցնել շատ ու շատ հարցերում: Մեր հանրության մեծ մասը քննադատում է իշխանությանը, քանի որ համոզված է, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը պետք է իրականացնի կոռուպցիայի դեմ հիմնական գործառույթը: Սակայն, մարդիկ պետք է գիտակցեն, որ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը մեր բոլորի՝ և՛ պետական բոլոր ճյուղերի, հասարակական կազմակերպությունների, բիզնեսի, և՛, ի վերջո, յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու խնդիրն է: Եթե մենք ուզում ենք տեսնել զարգացած պետություն, ապա այս խնդիրը պետք է դառնա յուրաքանչյուրիս մտահոգությունը»:

Խոսելով կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի մեթոդների մասին՝ նա որպես օրինակ բերեց ստեղծված հակակոռուպցիոն խորհուրդը. «Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի խորհրդի ստեղծումը շատ կարեւոր գործոն է դառնում համակարգում կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի համար: ՀՀ կառավարության նպատակն այն է, որ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարում բարձրանա հանրային վստահությունը եւ մասնակցությունը՝ բոլորիս համար մտահոգիչ հիմնախնդրի լուծման համար»:

Ի դեպ, Սուրեն Քրմոյանը մտահոգություն հայտնեց ոչ միայն հասարակության անվստահության եւ թերահավատության վերաբերյալ, այլեւ քաղաքական ուժերի. «Միայն «Բարգավաճ Հայաստանն» է համաձայնել ընդգրկվել կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի խորհրդի կազմում, մյուսները մերժել են առաջարկը»:
