Երեւանի Բաղրամյան պողոտայում քիչ առաջ բանավեճ տեղի ունեցավ Երեւանի բնակչուհի Գայանե Բաղդասարյանի, նստացույցի համակարգող խմբի անդամ Դավիթ Սանասարյանի եւ նստացույցի մյուս մասնակիցների միջեւ:

Գայանե Բաղդասարյանն ու Դավիթ Սանասարյանը նստացույցի մասնակիցներին կոչ արեցին ներողություն խնդրել ԱԻՄ առաջնորդ Պարույր Հայրիկյանից, նրա թիմակիցներից եւ ԵՄ անդամ երկրներից, որոնց դրոշը հուլիսի 3-ին  տրորել եւ պատռել էին Բաղրամյան պողոտայում:

Նստացույցի մանակիցները բացասական արձագանքեցին այդ առաջարկին, ասելով, որ իրենք պարտավոր չեն որեւէ մեկից ներողություն խնդրել, քանի որ  գտնում, են, որ Բաղրամյանում բացի եռագույնից ուրիշ դրոշ չպետք է լինի:

Գայանե Բաղդասարյանը նշեց, որ աշխարհի որեւէ կետում եթե անարգեն Հայաստանի դրոշը, հայերը կստիպեն, որ ներողություն խնդրեն իրենցից:

«Այսօր ՀՀ Սահմանադրության օրն է եւ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի իրավունք ունի ազատ խոսքի: Մեր Սահմանդրությունն էլ հիմնված է եվրոպական արժեքների վրա եւ դրանց շնորհիվ է, որ կարողացել ենք այսօր Բաղրամյան պողոտան փակել, այդ  պատճառով էլ պետք է լինենք ավելի քաղաքակիրթ եւ հասկանանք, որ ԵՄ դրոշները եթե այստեղ են, ապա ԵՄ անդամ պետությունների ուշադրությունը նույնպես Բաղրամյան պողոտայում է»,-ասաց նա:

Հիշեցնենք, որ հունիսի 22-ից Բաղրամյան պողոտայում բողոքի ակցիա է ընթանում ընդդեմ էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի բարձրացման։ Հունիսի 23-ի առավոտյան ոստիկանությունը ուժով ցրել էր նստացույցը, բերման ենթարկել 237 մարդու, բայց երեկոյան բողոքի ակցիան վերսկսվել էր։ Հունիսի 27-ին Սերժ Սարգսյանի ելույթից հետո նախաձեռնող խմբի կազմում տարաձայնություններ էին առաջացել, եւ հաջորդ օրը ցուցարարների մի մասը հեռացել էր Ազատության հրապարակ, իսկ մեծ մասը մնացել էր Բաղրամյան պողոտայում, որտեղ մինչ այժմ շարունակվում է բողոքի ակցիան։

Հիշեցնենք, որ չնայած էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի բարձրացման դեմ ուղղված բազմաթիվ բողոք-ակցիաներին հունիսի 17-ին, ՀԾԿՀ հանձնաժողովի նիստում հաստատվել է էլեկտրաէներգիայի նոր սակագինը։ էլեկտրաէներգիան թանկացել է 6.93 դրամով՝ մեկ կՎտ/ժ-ի դիմաց 41.85 դրամից դառնալով 48.78 դրամ։ «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» (ՀԷՑ) ընկերությունը առաջարկել էր էլեկտրաէներգիայի մեկ կիլովատտ/ժամը թանկացնել 17 դրամով:
