Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել էինք, Բաղրամյան պողոտան այսուհետ երթեւեկելի է: ՀՀ Ոստիկանությունը, ինչպես նախապես հայտարարել էր, բացելով պողոտան՝ պետք է վերականգներ խաթարված երթեւեկությունը: Թեպետ փողոցը բացվեց, իսկ ցուցարարներից շատերն էլ գնացին Ազատության հրապարակ, այնուամենայնիվ, եղան մարդիկ, որոնք ձերբակալվեցին, իսկ որոշ ակտիվիստներ, այդ թվում նաեւ նախաձեռնող խմբի անդամներ, տեղափոխվեցին հիվանդանոց:

Նախաձեռնող խմբի անդամ Դավիթ Սանասարյանի առողջական վիճակի մասին Երեւանի ավագանու անդամ Ստյոպա Սաֆարյանը տեղեկացնում է. «Երեւանի ավագանու անդամ Գագիկ Բաղդասարյանի հետ Դավիթ Սանասարյանին Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ հիվանդանոցից տեղափոխել ենք տուն (հարազատների ուղեկցությամբ), ինչպես նաեւ` Գարիկ անունով 19 տարեկան մի երիտասարդի` քաղաք: Հիվանդանոցում երկուսն էլ զննություն են անցել:

Դավիթի մասով մինչ այդ լուրեր էին շրջանառվում, որ ուղեղի ցնցում է տարել, նաեւ ասում էին, թե Գարիկի ձեռքն է կոտրված: Ինչպես բժիշկներն էին տեղեկացրել Դավիթին բուժզննության արդյունքների մասին, մտահոգիչ բան չկա: Թեպետ Դավիթի մոտ դեռ ցավեր կային կողի շրջանում, ինչպես նաեւ` տարբեր քերծվածքներ:

Գարիկին ասել էին, որ սալջարդ է՝ բութ մատի շրջանում: Երիտասարդը ասում էր, որ մատը լիարժեք շարժել չի կարողանում»:

Ստյոպա Սաֆարյանը նաեւ հավելում է. «Մինչ այդ էլ Գագիկ Բաղդասարյանի ու Անի անունով մի փաստաբանի հետ այցելել էինք ոստիկանության Կենտրոն բաժանմունք, որտեղ հանդիպել էինք բերման ենթարկված ութ անձանց, ծանոթացել նրանց վիճակին: Այնտեղ տղաներից մեկն էլ մեր ու ոստիկանների ներկայությամբ հայտարարեց, որ բռնություն է կիրառվել:

Ոստիկանները տեղակացրեցին, որ ոմանց հանդեպ վարչական վարույթներ են հարուցվում՝ ոստիկանների գործողություններին խոչընդոտելու հիմքով: Այդ պահին ազատ արձակվեց միայն Վաղինակ Շուշանյանը: Արգիշտի Կիվիրյանը, Նարեկ Այվազյանն ու այլոք դեռեւս պետք է պահվեին: Ոստիկանության գործողությունների համար մնացել էր մեկ ժամ:

Այնուհետեւ, Գագիկ Բաղդասարյանի ու Անիի հետ այցելեցինք Արաբկիր ոստիկանության բաժանմունք, որտեղ գտնվում էր նաեւ Ոստիկանապետի մամուլի խոսնակ Նարեկ Մալյանը: Իր միջնորդությամբ՝ նախ հանդիպեցինք բաժանմունքի պետին, այնուհետեւ բերման ենթարկված մեկ տասնյակ մարդկանց: Բաժանմունքի պետը հենց տեղում ազատ արձակեց բոլորին՝ հայտարարելով, որ որեւէ արձանագրություն չի կազմվել: Բերման ենթարկվածներից միջին տարիքի մի տղարմարդ պահանջում էր իրեն դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության ուղեգիր տալ»:
