Ռոբերտ Ֆիպսը, որը տարիներ շարունակ ուսումնասիրում է մարդկային մարմնի լեզուն, հաստատում է, որ մարդու` քնած վիճակում ընդունած դիրքերը հետաքրքիր, յուրօրինակ «մատնություններ» են բնավորության, սովորությունների ու նախապատվությունների վերաբերյալ: Իսկ ո՞րն է քնելու ձեր դիրքը:
Փորի վրա - հարցումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ 13%–ի համար այս դիրքը ամենահարմարն է: Այս դիրքը նախընտրող մարդիկ նպատակասլաց են, որոնք ցանկանում են լինել իդեալական: Նրանց պահանջները բավականին բարձր են,իսկ նպատակները մասշտաբային: Նրանք չափազանց անհանգիստ մարդիկ են, ովքեր անընդհատ տարակուսանքի մեջ են տարբեր հարցերի շուրջ։ Բացի այդ, փորի վրա քնողները բարեխիղճ են ու կարգապահ, սիրում են ամեն ինչ հերթականությամբ անել՝ չխախտելով կարգը։ Սակայն նրանք շատ հաճախ անհանգստանում են այնպիսի բաների համար, երբ դրա կարիքն ամենևին էլ չկա։ Նրանք չեն սիրում կյանքի անսպասելիությունները, սիրում են ամեն ինչ կանոնավորել: Նրանք շատ ճշտապահ են, սակայն նույնը պահանջում են շրջապատից: Նրանց համար կարևոր է ամեն մանրամասնություն, նրանք կարող են շատ բծախնդիր լինել:
Էմբրիոնի դիրք-այն դիրքն է, երբ մարդը քնում է կողքի վրա, ծնկները ծալված և ուղղված են դեպի ծնոտը: Այս դիրքով է քնում մարդկանց 59%–ը: Այս դիրքը նախընտրողները ինքնավստահ չեն ու կարիք ունեն հովանավորի: Նրանք ենթակա են սթրեսների ազդեցությանը: Բացի այդ, նրանք կյանքի անարդարությունների նկատմամբ անտարբեր չեն: Կրեատիվ են և ապրում են զգացմունքներով: Նրանք կյանքում մարտահրավերներ սիրող անձնավորություններ են և հաճախ են հանձն առնում ամենաանհավանական գաղափարների իրականացմանը։
Մեջքի վրա-այս դիրքը նախընտրում են 18%-ը: Համարվում է, որ այս տեսակի մարդիկ հակված են ինքնասիրահարվածության: Նրանց չի սպառնում ցածր ինքնագնահատականը: Որպես կանոն`նրանք սկզբից մտածում են իրենց մասին: Ինքնավստահ է, առաջնորդ է ամեն ինչում, խելամիտ է և միշտ պատրաստ է ցանկացած իրավիճակից դուրս գալ: Նման մարդը միշտ ազատ է շփման մեջ, նրան սիրում են և գնահատում ցանկացած միջավայրում: Նա վայելում է կյանքն իր բոլոր դրսևորումներով:
Կողքի վրա- այս դիրքով են քնում հավասարակշռված մարդիկ: Նրանք կարողանում են հասնել մեծ արդյունքների ու կարևորում են հոգևոր հանգստությունը: Նրանք ունեն նեքին մեծ ուժ, որով թույլ չեն տալիս օգտագործվել ուրիշների կողմից:
Բարձը կամ վերմակը գրկած –այս սովորությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ նման մարդիկ անընդհատ հարազատների ոգեշնչման կարիքն ունեն:
Ուսումնասիրության արդյունքները վկայում են, որ եթե մարդը քնում է ուղիղ մի կողմի վրա շրջված, ձեռքերը հավասարաչափ կողքերին դրած, ապա դա խոսում է նրա մասին, որ տվյալ անձը շատ համառ է և կայուն իր որոշումների հարցում։ Նա սիրում է ամեն ինչ անել իր կամքի համաձայն, ինչի պատճառով շրջապատի կողմից շատ հաճախ ընկալվում է որպես համառ, գոռոզ մարդ։ Սակայն մասնագետները նշում են, որ քնելու նման դիրքն օգտակար չէ օրգանիզմի համար, քանի որ մկաններն այդ ընթացքում լիովին չեն թուլանում և չեն հանգստանում։
Մումիայի դիրք- քնում է` վերմակը գլխին քաշած: Սովորաբար նման մարդիկ կյանքում փորձում են միշտ գաղտնիքներ պահել: Նրանք շատ ամաչկոտ են, կարող են նաև վանել, փորձում են մեկուսանալ շրջապատից: Նրանք սիրում են մի անկյուն գտնել ու այնտեղ մնալ, մինչև ամպրոպն անցնի:
Դիրք «տնակ»- քնածը պառկած է մեջքի վրա ծալած ծնկներով: Այս դիրքը հիշեցնում է «թագավորական» դիրքը, սակայն բարձրացված ծնկները շատ բան են փոխում: Որպես կանոն` նման դիրքում սիրում են քնել տղամարդիկ: Արտաքուստ նրանք շատ ընկերասեր են, անմիջական, սակայն դա ընդամենը դիմակ է: Իրականում նման մարդիկ բավականին ինքնամփոփ են, չխոսկան: Նրանք նախընտրում են քիչ խոսել, շատ լսել: Երբեմն նրանց հետ շատ դժվար է լինում շփվել, որովհետև նրանք նախընտրում են չարտահայտել իրենց տեսակետը և խորհուրդներ չտալ:
