Ցեղասպանագետների միջազգային ընկերակցության նոր նախագահ է ընտրվել Էնդրյու Վուլֆերտը: Հայաստանի Ամերիկյան համալսարանում Ցեղասպանագետների միջազգային ընկերակցության 12-րդ գիտաժողովի բացման ընթացքում հրապարակվեցին ընտրությունների արդյունքները, որոնց արդյունքում ձևավորվել են ընկերակցության խորհրդատվական մարմնի, գործադիր մարմնի անդամները, ինչպես նաև ընտրվել է նոր նախագահը:

Ընտրությունների արդյունքների հրապարակումից հետո Ցեղասպանագետների միջազգային ընկերակցության նորընտիր նախագահ Էնդրյու Վուլֆերտը  շնորհակալություն հայտնեց իրեն վստահելու համար՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ կարդարացնի նրանց սպասելիքներն, ովքեր քվեարկել են իր օգտին և կփարատի նրանց կասկածները, ովքեր իր օգտին չեն քվեարկել:

Նա  շնորհհակալություն հայտնեց Հայոց ցեղասպանության թանգարան-ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Հայկ Դեմոյանին և փոխտնօրեն Սուրեն Մանուկյանին՝ գիտաժողովը պատշաճ մակարդակով կազմակերպելու համար: «Ես հիացած եմ այն կազմակերպչական աշխատանքեվ, որ նրանք իրականացրել են: Կարծում եմ, որ կարող ենք մի օր առաջարկել, որպեսզի նրանք դառնան Ցեղասպանագետների միջազգային ասոցիացիայի նախագահ, քանի որ հրաշալի կազմակերպչական ունակություններ ունեն: Ես հիացած եմ նաև հայ ժողովրդի տոկունությամբ և հյուրընկալությամբ: Ընդհանրապես՝ Հայաստանը միշտ եղել է շատ հաճելի միջավայր գիտնակաների համար, որտեղ միշտ գերիշխել են փոխըբռնման և գիտության ոգին»,- նշեց Էնդրյու Վուլֆերտը:

Եզրափակելով ելույթը՝ նա ևս մեկ անգամ շնորհակալություն հայտնեց բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր վստահել և քվեարկել են իր օգտին՝ հավելելով, որ հպարտ է նման պատասխանատու պաշտոն ստանձնելու համար:
