Սոցիալական փաթեթից օգտվողները կարող են իրենց կատարած սոցիալական վճարների փոխհատուցում ստանալ

 Այն քաղաքացիները, ովքեր օգտվում են սոցիալական փաթեթի ծրագրից, արդեն կարող են ներկայացնել սոցիալական փաթեթի միջոցների հաշվին 2014 թվականի հուլիս-դեկտեմբեր ժամանակահատվածում կատարված սոցիալական վճարների փոխհատուցման դիմումներ: Ինչպես  Արմենպրեսին տեղեկացրին Կենսաթոշակային համակարգի իրազեկման կենտրոնից, «Կուտակային կենսաթոշակների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքը իրավունք է տալիս սոցիալական փաթեթի ծրագրից օգտվող քաղաքացիներին` յուրաքանչյուր հաշվարկային տարվա ավարտից հետո ստանալ ողջ տարվա ընթացքում կատարված սոցիալական վճարների փոխհատուցում` կախված սոցիալական փաթեթի համար հատկացված բանկային հաշվեհամարին առկա մնացորդի չափից: Նշված փոխհատուցման համար հատկացվող գումարի մեջ չի ընդգրկվելու առողջապահության համար նախատեսված 52 000 դրամը:

 Ըստ սահմանված կարգի` նախատեսվում է կուտակային բաղադրիչի մասնակցի կատարած սոցիալական վճարների փոխհատուցում սոցիալական փաթեթի գումարի հաշվին` տարեկան կտրվածքով: Դա նշանակում է, որ այս ծրագրից օգտվող քաղաքացիները, բոլորի նման, իրենց աշխատավարձերից կատարելու են սոցիալական վճարներ, իսկ տարվա ավարտից հետո, կախված սոցիալական փաթեթի հաշվի վրա առկա մնացորդի գումարից, ստանալու են փոխհատուցում: Վերջինը չի կարող գերազանցել նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում աշխատավարձից և ձեռնարկատիրական եկամուտներից հաշվարկված ու փոխանցված սոցիալական վճարների չա փը:

Առաջին բանը, որ աշխատողը պետք է անի, յուրաքանչյուր տարվա ավարտից հետո անձամբ այցելել բանկ և ներկայացնել դիմում` նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում իր աշխատավարձից և ձեռնարկատիրական եկամուտներից հաշվարկված ու փաստացի մասնակիցների ռեեստրը վարողին (Կենտրոնական դեպոզիտարիա) փոխանցված սոցիալական վճարների չափի մասին հարկային մարմնից տեղեկատվություն ստանալու մասին: Այդ տեղեկատվությունը հարկային մարմնից բանկը ստանում է առցանց եղանակով` հարկային մարմնի և բանկի միջև փոխհամաձայնեցված կարգով կատարված հարցման միջոցով: Հարցումը կատարվում է ծրագրային հատուկ մոդուլի միջոցով` տեղում: Բանկի աշխատակիցը, հարցման պատասխանի հիման վրա, կանխիկ եղանակով քաղաքացուն է վճարում նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում կուտակված սոցիալական փաթեթի գումարը, սակայն ոչ ավելի, քան տեղեկանքում նշված` հաշվարկված և փոխանցված սոցիալական վճարների չափը:

Ըստ որում` բացառություն է կազմում առողջապահության համար նախատեսված 52 000 դրամը, որը չի կարող օգտագործվել տվյալ փոխհատուցման նպատակով: 2014 թվականի հուլիս-դեկտեմբեր ժամանակահատվածում կատարված սոցիալական վճարներիի փոխհատուցման դիմումներն արդեն հնարավոր է ներկայացնել:
