Դատարանը հետաձգեց Հոռոմի խաչմերուկի վթարի գործով նիստը

Շիրակի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանում հուլիսի 10-ին նշանակված՝ Հոռոմ գյուղի խաչմերուկի մոտ տեղի ունեցած վթարի հետևանքով հարուցված քրեական գործի դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց՝ վկաների բացակայության պատճառով:

Անցած դատական նիստի ժամանակ որոշում էր ընդունվել պատշաճ կարգով կազմակերպել վկանների ներկայությունը դատարանում, սական, վկաներից երեքը՝ Սամվել Հակոբյանը՝ «ԳԱԶել»-ի ուղևոր, Արման Դանիելյանը՝ «Իմեքս գրուպ» ՍՊԸ-ի ներկայացուցիչ, և Ասատուր Ասատրյանը՝ «Տրանս ակնթարթ» ընկերության ներկայացուցիչ, չէին ներկայացել դատական նիստին: Դատարանը նաև տեղյակ չէր՝ արդյոք վերջիններս պատշաճ կարգով տեղեկացվա՞ծ են, և ի՞նչն է բացակայության պատճառը. նրանց ուղղված ծանուցագրերը հետ են վերադառնում դատարան: Փոխարենը, դատարանը հիվանդության վերաբերյալ տեղեկություն և փաստաթուղթ ստացել էր հայցվոր, «Տրանս ակնթարթ» ընկերության տնօրեն   Անահիտ Խալաթյանից: Ի դ եպ, նրան դատարան ներկայանալու միջնորդության պահանջ ներկայացրեց ամբաստանյալ՝ «ԿամԱԶ» մակնիշի մեքենայի վարորդ Մանվել Վարդանյանի պաշտպան Լիանա Բալյանը: Վերջինս նաև պնդեց, որ ապահովվի Ասատուր Ասատրյանի՝  «Տրանս ակնթարթ» ընկերության ներկայացուցչի, ներկայությունը դատական նիստին, ով ընկերությունում աշխատել է որպես մեխանիկ և պատասխանատու է մեքենաների տեխնիկական վիճակի համար: Հայտնի  է, որ Ասատուր Ասատրյանն  այլևս չի աշխատում ընկերությունում և նունիսկ այս պահին հանրապետությունում չէ:

Հաշվի առնելով այս հանգամանքը և լսելով կողմերի կարծիքը ՝ նիստը նախագահող, ՇՄ առաջին ատյանի դատավոր Աշոտ Մանուկյանը որոշեց նիստը հետաձգել մինչև հուլիսի 16-ը: Անցյալ տարվա նոյեմբերի 10-ին Հոռոմ գյուղի խաչմերուկում «Իմեքս գրուպ» ՍՊԸ-ի «ԿամԱԶ» ու «Տրանս ակնթարթ» ընկերությանը պատկանող «ԳԱԶել» մակնիշների մեքենաների վթարի հետևանքով մարդատար «ԳԱԶել»-ն այրվել էր, ինչի պատճառով ուղևորներից 7-ը մահացել էին տեղում« ևս 7-ը մարմնական տարբեր աստիճանի վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էին Գյումրիի բժշկական կենտրոն: «ԿամԱԶ»-ի վարորդ Մանվել Վարդանյանի նկատմամÕ ¢ հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով: Խափանման միջոց էր ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
