ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի հիմնադրման 70-ամյակը Երևան է բերել մշակույթի ոլորտի պատասխանատուների 45 երկրից

Երևանում մեկնարկած «Մշակութային քաղաքականություն, քաղաքականություն մշակույթի համար. մշակույթի դերը «Ետ-2015» զարգացման օրակարգում» խորագրով միջազգային գիտաժողովը հնարավորություն կտա վեր հանել ոչ միայն մշակութային արժեքների պահպանման բնագավառում ընդհանուր խնդիրները, այլ նաև` խոսելու հայկական մշակույթի պահպանման վերաբերյալ, որոնք առկա են ոչ միայն Հայաստանում, այլ նաև Հայաստանից դուրս: Այս մասին հուլիսի 11-ին միջազգային գիտաժողովի բացմանը լրագրողներին տեղեկացրեց Հայաստանի` ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի ազգային հանձնաժողովի գլխավոր քարտուղար Վահրամ Կաժոյանը: «ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի անդամ երկրները կառույցում կարող են հարց բարձրացնել միայն այս կամ այն ցանկում իրենց պետությունների սահմաններում առկա հուշարձանների ներգրավման վերաբերյալ, սակայն խորհրդաժողովն այդ կաղապարները չունի և հնարավոր կլինի բարձրացնել ու ավելի ազատորեն քննարկել հայկական մշակույթի խնդիրները այլ երկրներում», -  Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ` ասաց Վահրամ Կաժոյանը:

ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի հիմնադրման 70-ամյակին նվիրված «Մշակութային քաղաքականություն, քաղաքականություն մշակույթի համար. մշակույթի դերը «Ետ-2015» զարգացման օրակարգում» խորագրով միջազգային գիտաժողովին մասնակցում են 45 երկրից պատվիրակներ և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ:

«Մենք աշխատեցինք մեկտեղել ոլորտում առկա բոլոր խնդիրները՝ քննարկելով կոնվենցիաների կիրառվող դրույթների շրջանակներում դրանց լուծումները: Անդրադարձ կկատարվի հակամարտություններին, որոնք ազդում են պատմամշակութային ժառանգության պահպանման վրա: Բոլոր նախարարները կներկայացնեն իրենց մշակութային քաղաքականությունները», - ասաց ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարար Հասմիկ Պողոսյանը:

ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարը կասկած հայտնեց, որ այս գիտաժողովի ժամանակ կտրվեն մշակութային ցեղասպանությունների վերաբերյալ վերջնական ձևակերպումներ, սակայն հույս հայտնեց, որ մասնակիցները կգան եզրակացությունների, որոնք հիմք կդառնան պրակտիկ գործողությունների համար:

«Այս գիտաժողովը և հուլիսի 12-ին մեկնարկող «Ոսկե ծիրան» միջազգային կինոփառատոնը ևս մեկ ապացույց են Հայաստանի պատրաստակամության` մասնակցելու ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի մշակույթի պահպանության գործում: 1992թվականից ի վեր, երբ Հայաստանն անդամակցեց ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ին, երկիրը վավերացրել է կազմակերպության 7 կոնվենցիաներից 5-ը, և մասնակից է մի շարք նախաձեռնությունների», - ասաց ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի գլխավոր տնօրենի մշակութային հարցերով օգնական Ալֆրեդո Պերես դ’Արմինիան:

Հայաստանը ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի 70-ամյակը նշել է երաժշտական միամսյակով Ֆրանսիայում, որի ընթացքում ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի կենտրոնակայանում կազմակերպվել է 2 համերգային ծրագիր: Համերգներն անց են կացվել «Երիտասարդությունը` հանուն խաղաղության» խորագրի ներքո: Հունիսի 1-ին Երևանում մեկնարկել է ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի հոբելյանին նվիրված Տիկնիկներ հանուն խաղաղության» երթ-փառատոնը: Փառատոնի փակումը տեղի կունենա սեպտեմբերի 21-ին ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի կենտրոնակայանում: Միջոցառումների շարքը ամբողջացնում է «Մշակութային քաղաքականություն, քաղաքականությունմշակույթի համար. մշակո ւյթի դերը «Ետ-2015» զարգացման օրակարգում» խորագրով գիտաժողովը:
