Արեւմուտքի կողմից Իրանի դեմ պատժամիջոցների վերացումը լուրջ ազդեցություն կգործի Թեհրանի ներքին եւ արտաքին քաղաքականության վրա, ինչպես նաեւ նրա հետ հարեւան երկրների, այդ թվում` Ադրբեջանի վրա:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է Արմենպրեսը, «Թուրան»-ին տված հարցազրույցում նման կարծիք է հայտնել ադրբեջանական «Արեւելք-Արեւմուտք» վերլուծական կենտրոնի ղեկավար Արաստուն Օրուջլուն:

«Պատժամիջոցների վերացումը կարճաժամկետ եւ երկարաժամկետ ազդեցություն կունենա: Առաջին դեպքում դա կբերի Արեւմուտքի հետ Իրանի հարաբերությունների լավացմանը եւ հակաարեւմտյան քննադատության մեղմացմանը: Սակայն, երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում պատժամիջոցների վերացումից դրականն ավելի մեծ կլինի. Թեհրանն ավելի կանխատեսելի, նրա շահերն ու ազդեցությունն ավելի ճանաչելի ու զգալի կլինեն: Այդ իմաստով, հարեւան երկրներում կմեծանա իրանամետ ուժերի ազդեցությունն ու դերը, այդ թվում` շիա շրջանակներինն Ադրբեջանում», -նշել է Օրուջլուն:

Նրա խոսքով` պատժամիջոցների վերացումը նաեւ մեծ տնտեսական ազդեցություն կունենա, քանի որ թույլ կտա Թեհրանին հարեւանների հետ լուրջ նախագծեր իրականացնել, եւ ամենից առաջ` տրանսպորտի ու էներգետիկայի ոլորտում:

«Ադրբեջանի համար դա կդառնա առանցքային հարց: Ներկայում Բաքուն օգտվում է նրանից, որ ելք ունի Կասպից ծով եւ Ասիայի երկրներ, իսկ Իրանը չի կարողանում օգտվել դրանից: Այսուհետեւ «առանց մեզ տարածաշրջանում ոչ մի նախագիծ չի կարող իրականացվել» ադրբեջանական լոզունգը» կորցնում է իր իմաստը», -ընդգծել է Օրուջլուն: 

Քաղաքագետի կարծիքով` պատժամիջոցների վերացումը Թեհրանին կդարձնի Հարավային գազային միջանցք նախագծի հնարավոր մասնակից եւ Թուրքիայի վրայով թուրքմենական գազի փոխադրման համար գործընկեր:

«Էներգանախագծերին Իրանի միացումը կարող է արմատապես փոխել նաեւ տարածաշրջանում աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակը: Այսպես, եթե անգամ Անդրկասպյան գազատարը կառուցվի, այն արդեն չի հանդիսանալու Եվրոպա մատակարարումների միակ հնարավորություն: Դա նշանակելու է, որ ռուսաստանյան գազից Եվրոպայի կախվածությունը նշանակալիորեն նվազելու է, թուլանալու է նաեւ Արեւմուտքի վրա Մոսկվայի ազդեցության հնարավորությունը. գազի մատակարարումների դադարեցման սպառնալիքը կամ գազի գինը կամայականորեն բարձրացնելու հնարավորությունը: Ավելին, կակտիվանա «Նաբուկկո» նախագիծը, քանի որ Իրանի եւ Իրաքի գազի պաշարներն այդ մեգանախագիծը միանգամայն շահութաբեր կդարձնեն», -կանխատեսել է Օրուջլուն:
