Սեւանի քաղաքապետարանի եւ Երեւանի Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի միջեւ ստորագրվեց համագործակցության հուշագիր

Երեւանի Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արմեն Հարությունյանը  եւ Սեւանի քաղաքապետ Ռուդիկ Ղուկասյանը   մայրաքաղաքում կազմակերպված պաշտոնական հանդիպման ընթացքում  ստորագրեցին փոխադարձ համագործակցության հուշագիր, համաձայն որի, Սեւան քաղաքի եւ Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի միջեւ կազմակերպվելու են օրինակելի փորձի փոխանակումներ, փոխայցելություններ, ընդհանուր նշանակության խնդիրների քննարկումնե ր տեղական ինքնակառավարման, կրթության, մշակույթի, առողջապահության, սպորտի, զբոսաշրջության բնագավառներում:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց Սեւանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի քարտուղար Արմինե Ղուկասյանը, դեռ ամիսներ առաջ Սեւանի Խ. Աբովյանի անվան ավագ դպրոցում տեղի ունեցած միջոցառմանը դպրոցի տնօրեն Լիաննա Մկրտչյանի կողմից մասնակցության  հրավեր էին ստացել Սեւանի քաղաքապետարանի եւ Երեւանի Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի պատասխանատուները: Միջոցառմանը հաջորդած հանդիպման ընթացքում էլ ձեռք բերվեց նախնական պայմանավորվածություն` երկու համայնքների միջեւ հետագա համագործակցություն հաստատելու համար: Այդ պայմանավորվածության արդյունքում էլ  Սեւանի քաղաքապետ Ռուդիկ Ղուկասյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը հյուրընկալվեց Երեւանի Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանում:  Հանդիպումը մեկնարկեց միջհամայնքային համագործակցության դերի կարեւորմամբ: Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արմեն Հարությունյանը, ողջունելով Սեւանի պատվիրակությանը, նշեց. «Ուրախ եմ մեր հրավերն ընդունելու եւ ծանոթության համար: Սա սկիզբն է, որը խոստանում է նաեւ լավ եւ արդյունավետ ընթացք:

Այն ուղղությունները, որոնք մատնանշված են հուշագրում, կարեւոր նշանակություն ունեն համայնքային կյանքի համաչափ ռիթմն ապահովելու գործում: Կարծում եմ` մեր համագործակցությունը կլինի շարունակական եւ կծառայի իր նպատակին»: Սեւանի քաղաքապետ Ղուկասյանը, ներկայացնելով Սեւան համայնքը, զարգացման ուղղություններն ու հեռանկարները, առկա հնարավորություններն ու հիմնախնդիրները, կարեւորեց նման համագործակցության դերը համայնքային կյանքի աշխուժացման ճանապարհին:

«Սեւանը միայն մերը չէ. այն ողջ հայությանն է: Այսօր քաղաքի համար գերակա է զբոսաշրջային ոլորտի զարգացումը եւ դրան միտված գործընթացները: Մենք ունենք ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցություն արտերկրի քաղաքների հետ, սակայն ինձ համար անչափ կարևոր է նաեւ այս համագործակցությունը: Պարտավորված ենք, ձեռք եք մեկնում. մենք ընդունում ենք բարեկամական այդ ձեռքը: Վստահ եմ` այս համագործակցությունը դառնալու է օրինակելի»,- ասաց քաղաքապետ Ղուկասյանը:Առաջիկայում կմշակվեն կոնկրետ ծրագրեր ոլորտային նշված ուղղություններով:Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արմեն Հարությունյանը, իբրեւ սկիզբ երկկողմ համագործակցության, առաջարկեց Սեւանում ընտրե լ համապատասխան տարածք, որը կբարեկարգվի  եւ կծառայի որպես խաղահրապարակ կամ զբոսայգի:
