Ադրբեջանի իշխող «Ենի Ազերբայջան» կուսակցությունում (ԵԱԿ) հուսահատություն է տիրում: Ինչպես հաղորդում է Արմենպրեսը, ներկուսակցական աղբյուրներից «Ազադլըգ»-ին հասած տեղեկություններով, քանի որ մեծ է հավանականությունը, որ առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները իշխանության համար խիստ լարված են անցնելու, ԵԱԿ-ի մեծ թվով անդամներ կորցրել են մանդատ ստանալու հույսը:

Կուսակցությունում լուրջ անհանգստություն է առաջացրել նաեւ ԵԱԿ-ի քարտուղար Սիյավուշ Նովրուզովի կողմից Ադրբեջանի ղեկավար Իլհամ Ալիեւի դստեր` Լեյլա Ալիեւայի թեկնածության առաջադրումը, որը, սակայն, մերժվել է Ալիևայի կողմից: Դա գնահատվել է որպես ԵԱԿ-ի նկատմամբ իշխանության հիմնական ուժային կենտրոնի վերածված Փաշաեւների վերաբերմունք:

Մյուս կողմից բավականին կոշտ է առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների հետ կապված միջազգային կազմակերպությունների դիրքորոշումը: Եվրոպայի խորհրդարանը նույնիսկ որոշել է, որ Ադրբեջանում անցկացվելիք խորհրդարական ընտրություններին դիտորդ չի ուղարկելու: Անգամ անթույլատրելի է համարվել Եվրոխորհրդարանի անդամներից որեւէ մեկի անկախ դիտորդի կարգավիճակով մասնակցությունն ընտրություններին:

«Իսկ սա իշխանությունում եւ ԵԱԿ-ում լուրջ անհանգստության պատճառ է դարձել եւ իշխանությունը մտածում է վերանայել ընտրական ցուցակը: Իմիտացիա ստեղծելու համար իշխանությունը ցանկանում է մեծացնել անկախ պատգամավորների թիվը: Նման դեպքում, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, ընտրությունից կարող են դուրս մնալ ինչպես իշխանամետ կուսակցությունների թեկնածուները, այնպես էլ ԵԱԿ-ի մեծ թվով թեկնածուներ: Հենց այս պատճառով է, որ ԵԱԿ քարտուղար Սիյավուշ Նովրուզովն օրերս հայտարարեց 125 ընտրատեղամասերից յուրաքանչյուրում թեկնածու առաջադրելու մասին: Դա արդեն նշան ակում է, որ ԵԱԿ-ն այլ իշխանամետ կուսակցություններին զիջելու նպատակ չունի», -ամփոփել է թերթը:

Թերթն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր, որ 2015 թվականի աշնանն անցկացվելիք խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ ՄԱԿ-ում Ադրբեջանի գծով բանաձեւի ընդունումը, ինչը խիստ հավանական է, կարող է մահացու հարված դառնալ իխանությունների  համար:
