Թուրքիայի հայ պատգամավորը Սեւան Նիշանյանի վիճակի մասին հարցապնդում է արել Արդարադատության նախարարությանը

Թուրքիայի գլխավոր ընդդիմադիր Ժողվորդահանրապետական կուսակցությունից (ԺՀԿ) խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր ընտրված հայազգի Սելինա Դողանը 11 տարուց ավելի ժամկետով ազատարզրկման դատապարտված Սեւան Նիշանյանի վիճակի վերաբերյալ հարցապնդում է ներկայացրել այդ երկրի արդարադատության նախարարություն:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով «Ակոս»-ը, հարցապնդման մեջ Դողանը նշել է, որ Նիշանյանի նկատմամբ կիրառված` Թուրքիայի մշակութային եւ բնական հարստությունների պահպանության օրենքի համապատասխան հոդվածով տարեկան միջին հաշվով 3 հազար դատական գործ է լսվում, որոնցով մինչ այժմ մեղադրյալներին 2 տարուց ավելի պատիժ չի տրվել, իսկ բանտում հայտնվածները կարճ ժամանակ հետո ազատ են արձակվել:

Սելինե Դողանը Թուրքիայի արդարադատության նախարար Քենան Իփեքին հղած հարցապնդման մեջ նշել է` հիշյալ օրենքով վերջին 10 տարում քանի՞ մարդու նկատմամբ է դատական գործ հարուցվել եւ քանի՞ մարդ է դատապարտվել ազատազրկման կամ տույժի, քանի մարդ է այդ օրենքով բանտ նստել, եւ քանի մարդ է պայմանական ազատ արձակվել, Սեւան Նիշանյանից բացի, այդ օրենքով դատապարտված բանտում գտնվող այլ մարդ կա՞ արդյոք:

Թուրքիայում հայ լինելու համար շինծու մեղադրանքներով ձերբակալված պատմաբան, գրող, լեզվաբան, լրագրող Սեւան Նիշանյանի ազատազրկման ժամկետը եւս 4 տարի 7 ամիս ժամկետով երկարաձգվել է` հասցվելով 11 տարի 1 ամիս բանտարկության: Թուրքական Վճռաբեկ դատարանը ապրիլին բավարարել էր երեք տարբեր դատական գործերով նրա բանտարկության ժամկետը եւս 4 տարի 7 ամսով երկարաձգելու մասին դատարանի ընդունած նախկին որոշումը:

2014 թվականի հունվարից ազատազրկման մեջ գտնվող Սեւան Նիշանյանը Թուրքիայում ձերբակալվել է նրա համար, որ օրենքով իրեն պատկանող տարածքում «ապօրինի» շինարարություն է կատարել: Թուրքական մամուլն ավելի վաղ հայտնել է, որ Ս. Նիշանյանի ձերբակալությունը իշխանությունների սարքած գործն է, քանի որ մտավորականը բազմիցս հանդես էր եկել թուրքական կառավարության բացերի հրապարակային քննադատությամբ:

Թուրքական DemokratHaber կայքն այդ առնչությամբ գրել էր, որ Ս. Նիշանյանի դեմ դատավարության եւ 1915 թվականին ձերբակալված եւ սպանված հայ մտավորականների միջեւ ոչ մի տարբերություն չկա:

Ս. Նիշանյանն ավելի վաղ բանտից նամակ էր հղել թուրքական իշխանություններին, որում հայտարարել էր, որ իրեն չեն կարող վախեցնել եւ ծնկի բերել:
