 Երևանի «Նաիրիտ» գործարանի նախկին աշխատակիցները կառավարության շենքի առջև հանդիպում էին պահանջում ՀՀ էներգետիկայի եւ բնական պաշարների նախարար Երվանդ Զախարյանի հետ՝ պարզաբանելու իրենց աշխպատավարձերի վ ճարման հետ կապված խնդիրները: Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում գործարանի մամուլի նախկին քարտուղար Անուշ Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ իրենք ցանկանում են հանդիպման ընթացքում ընդգծել, որ չեն պատրաստվում ստանալ աշխատավարձերը մաս-մաս: «Մենք ուզում ենք միասին ստանալ աշխատավարձերը, բայց չենք կարող սպասել մինչև ամսվա վերջ, ինչպես կառավարության նիստում հայտարարել է Երվանդ Զախարյանը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց Հարությունյանը:

Այնուհետև որոշ ժամանակ սպասելով նախարարին՝ նաիրիտցիները ընդգծեցին, որ չնայած դժգոհությանը՝ կառավարության շենքի առջև նստացույց չեն սկսի, այլ ամեն օր կհավաքվեն այստեղ՝ իրենց բողոքն արտահայտելու համար: Միաժամանակ, հավաքվածներն ուղևորվեցին դեպի գործարան՝ աշխատավարձերի հետ կապված փաստաթղթերը ստորագրելու նպատակով: Նրանցից ընդամենը մի քանիսը դեռևս շարունակում են մնալ կառավարության շենքի մոտ:

Ավելի վաղ կառավարության նիստում Երվանդ Զախարյանը հայտարարել էր, որ եթե կոլեկտիվի անդամները պատրաստակամ են մինչև ամսվա վերջ սպասել, ապա կառավարությունը միանգամից կվճարի բոլոր աշխատավարձերը: «Իսկ նրանց, ովքեր ցանկանում են այժմ ստանալ, պատրաստ ենք նաև այս ընթացքում կատարել վճարումները: Մենք համաձայն ենք երկու տարբերակին էլ»,- ասաց Զախարյանը, իսկ վարչապետն էլ հավելել էր` «թող իրենք որոշեն, մեզ ասեն»:
