Ինչպես հայտնում  է Orer.am-ը, այսօր` հուլիսի 16-ին, Էրեբունի եւ Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում դատավոր Վլադիմիր Գրիգորյանի նախագահությամբ տեղի ունեցավ «օֆշորի գործով» հերթական դատական նիստը, որի ժամանակ տուժող Փայլակ Հայրապետյանը հայտարարեց, որ դիմել է նման գործարքի՝ նախեւառաջ վստահելով պետությանը, հետո նոր՝ Աշոտ Սուքիասյանին.

«Սա եղել է պետական մակարդակով: Պետական մակարդակով ես իմ ունեցվածքը ներդրել եմ, որպեսզի Հայաստանում 10 հազար բանվոր աշխատատեղ ունենա: Վարկ վերցնելուց 5 ամիս հետո հասկացել եմ, որ Աշոտ Սուքիասյանն ինձ խաբել է եւ խարդախությամբ տիրացել իմ գույքին»:

Դատական նիստի ընթացքում ամբաստանյալ Աշոտ Սուքիասյանի պաշտպանը հետաքրքրվեց, թե որն էր այդ գործում Փայլակ Հայրապետյանի շահույթը: Հարցին ի պատասխան Փայլակ Հայրապետյանը նշեց. «Իմ շահույթը 10 հազար բանվորի աշխատատեղն էր: Հետո ինձ մոտ աշխատելու էին 750 բանվոր, դրանից հետո ես անպայման շահույթ էի ունենալու: Չէր կարող 750 բանվոր աշխատեր մեր ֆաբրիկայում, եւ շահույթ չլիներ»:

Տուժողի պատասխանը լսելուց հետո պաշտպանը հետաքրքրվեց նաեւ՝ արդյոք Աշոտ Սուքիասյանի եւ Փայլակ Հայրապետյանին միջեւ որեւէ պայմանագիր ստորագրված եղե՞լ է: Փայլակ Հայրապետյանը պատասխանեց կարճ եւ հստակ` ո՛չ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ նախորդ դատական նիստի ընթացքում Փայլակ Հայրապետյանը ասել էր, թե վարկ վերցնելուց հետո մահացել էր Աշոտ Սուքիասյանի հայրը, այնուհետեւ նա գնացել էր Աֆրիկա, իսկ վերադառնալուց հետո մահացել է նաեւ նրա մայրը:

Այսօրվա դատական նիստի ժամանակ արդեն Աշոտ Սուքիասյանը հայտարարեց, որ Փայլակ Հայրապետյանը ստում էր. հայրը մահացել է 2009 թվականին, իսկ մայրը՝ 2010 թվականի մարտին, այսինքն՝ մինչ վարկը վերցնելը: Դատավոր Վլադիմիր Գրիգորյանը խնդրեց Յուրիկ Խաչատրյանին դատարան ներկայացնել Աշոտ Սուքիասյանի ծնողների մահվան վկայականները: Դատավորի պահանջից հետո վրդովված Աշոտ Սուքիասյանը տեղից բղավեց.

«Հայրապետյան, ինչո՞ւ չես ուզում խոստովանել, որ բիզնեսը ուզում էիր խլել ինձնից»:

Փայլակ Հայրապետյանն էլ պատասխանեց. «Ի՞նչ խլեի, դու խլված մարդ ես, ես քեզնից ի՞նչ պետք է խլեի: Դու խլոցի ես խաղացել ամբողջ Հայաստանի հետ, դու, քո Կճոյանը, քո վարչապետը խլոցիներով եք զբաղվում»:

Փ.Հայրապետյանի խոսքից հետո Ա.Սուքիասյանը տեղեկացրեց դատարանին, որ Նավասարդ արքեպիսկոպոս Կճոյանը իրենց տուն այցելել է միայն տոն օրերին:

Դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց, հաջորդ նիստը տեղի կունենա հուլիսի 23-ին:
