«Քաղաքական գործունեության ամենահեշտ տարբերակը նախագահի հրաժարական և արտահերթ ընտրություններ պահանջելն է: Այդ դեպքում դու քեզ նեղություն չես տալիս մտնելու որևէ խնդրով բովանդակային քննարկումների և բանավեճերի մեջ՝ բավարար է բոցաշունչ ելույթ ունենալ՝ արձանագրելով, ասենք, աղքատության մակարդակը և արտագաղթը, և եզրակացնել՝ միակ ելքը անհապաղ իշխանափոխությունն է:

 Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հարցում էլ ամենահեշտ տարբերակը որևէ տեքստ չքննարկելն ու ասելն է՝ «քանի որ այդ առաջարկները նպաստում են իշխանության վերարտադրմանը, դրանց մասին խոսելն անիմաստ է»: Ինչպես առաջ էին ասում՝ չեմ կարդացել, բայց դատապարտում եմ:

 Ինֆանտիլիզմի նման դրսևորումները, բնականաբար, միանգամայն ձեռնտու են իշխանությանը, որովհետև դրանով ընդդիմադիրները բացասական, կասեի նույնիսկ՝ հուսահատ ազդանշաններ են ուղարկում իրենց ընտրազանգվածին, եթե իշխանափոխություն չեղավ, ուրեմն ոչ մի լավ բան չի լինելու: Այս թեզը տարիներ, տասնամյակներ շարունակ խորը դեպրեսիայի մեջ է գցում քաղաքացիներին, որովհետև իշխանափոխություն չի լինում, և հուսախաբ մարդիկ կա՛մ արտագաղթում են, կա՛մ մեկուսանում հասարակական կյանքից:

 Տվյալ դեպքում, կարծում եմ, քաղաքական ուժերը պետք է ոչ թե ընդհանուր՝ 25 տարի կրկնվող բանաձևեր արտաբերեն, այլ պայքարեն Սահմանադրության նախագծի իրապես վտանգավոր, վիճահարույց թեզերի դեմ: Այդպիսի թեզ է ինձ թվում ամեն գնով խորհրդարանում «կայուն մեծամասնություն» ունենալու ձգտումը, որն առկա է այդ նախագծում»,–գրում է թերթի խմբագիրը։
