Հայաստանի սահմանային անցակետերի արդիականացման գործընթացը Ֆինանսների նախարարի անմիջական հսկողության ներքո է: Ծրագիրն ամփոփիչ փուլում է: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, «ՀՀ պետական սահմանի «Բագրատաշեն», «Բավրա» և «Գոգավան» անցման կետերի արդիականցում» ծրագրի ղեկավար խորհրդի հերթական նիստին, որին մասնակցել են միջազգային կառույցների և պետական գերատեսչությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, Ֆինանսների նախարար Գագիկ Խաչատրյանն ընդգծել է շինարարական աշխատանքները միջազգային բոլոր չափանիշներին համապատասխանող որակով և սահմանված ժամկետներում ավարտին հասցնելու անհրաժեշտությունը:

«Ծրագրի իրականացման արդյունքում ֆիզիկական անձինք և բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչները հնարավորություն կստանան սահմանահատումն իրականացնել առավել սահուն և արագ»,-նշել է նախարարը: Գուգարքի տարածաշրջանային մաքսատանն ընթացող խորհդակցության օրակարգում սահմանային անցակետերի արդիականացման հարցն է:

Մաքսատան պետ Սամվել Սաֆարյանի ղեկավարությամբ ակտիվ քննարկումներ են ծավալվում՝ ծրագրի ավարտական փուլին առնչվող բոլոր խնդիրների վերհանմանն ու լուծմանը միտված: «Ծրագիրը վճռական փուլ է թևակոխել. արդյունքների մասին պարբերաբար ներկայացվում է ֆինանսների նախարարին»,-տեղեկացրել է մաքսատան պետը:

Ընթացքի մեջ են Բագրատաշենի անցակետի կառուցապատման, ներքին և արտաքին հարդարման, կոմունիկացիոն աշխատանքները: ««Ռապիսկան»-ի շենքի բետոնային աշխատանքները նույնպես ավարտված են. մասնագետներն այժմ անգլիացի գործընկերների հետ քննարկում են տանիքի շինանանյութի առանձնահատկությունը՝ հետագայում թանկարժեք սարքավորումն արտաքին ազդեցությունից պաշտպանելու նպատակով»,-ընդգծել է Սամվել Սաֆարյանը:

Շուրջ 70 տոկոսով պատրաստ է Բագրատաշենի արդիականացված սահմանակետը ու թեպետ եղանակային պայմանները ժամանակ առ ժամանակ խանգարում են շինարարական աշխատանքներին, սակայն, մաքսատան պետի վստահեցմամբ՝ ժամանակակից անցակետը շահագործման կհանձվի ըստ ժամանակացույցի:
