ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության կողմից հուլիսի 13-18-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում իրականացված ստուգումների, շրջայցերի, տեսչության վարույթին հանձնված գործերի և հաշվետվությունների ընդունման գործընթացում հայտնաբերված խախտումների արդյունքում կայացվել է 785 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի վարչական տուգանքի 12 որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 780.67 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս: Ինչպես Արմենպրեսին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, մասնավորապես, Լոռու տարածքային բաժնի վարույթին հանձնված գործով կայացվել է 50 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 154.5 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս:

Տավուշի տարածքային բաժնի հայտնաբերած խախտման համար անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 5 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 4 հազար դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս: Գեղարքունիքի տարածքային բաժնի հայտնաբերած խոշոր եղջերավոր անասունների ապօրինի արածեցման համար անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 50 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 13 հազար դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս: Շիրակի տարածքային բաժնի վարույթին հանձնված գործով կայացվել է 50 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 26.248 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս:

Կոտայքի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից տնտեսվարողի մոտ իրականացված ստուգման արդյունքում հայտնաբերված խախտման համար կայացվել է 100 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում: Երևանի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից տնտեսվարողի մոտ իրականացված ստուգման արդյունքում հայտնաբերված խախտման համար կայացվել է 100 հազար դրամ գումարի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 502. 2 հազար դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս: Շիրակի տարածային բաժնի կողմից առանց անթափանց ծածկույթի սորուն նյութ տեղափոխելու համար ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 50 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում:

Ներքին վերահսկողության բաժնի կողմից տնտեսվարողի մոտ իրականացված ստուգման արդյունքում հայտնաբերված խախտման համար կայացվել է 150 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 50. 722 հազար դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս: Արագածոտնի տարածքային բաժնի հայտնաբերած խախտումների համար երկու ֆիզիկական անձանց նկատմամբ կայացվել է 80 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի երկու որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 30 հազար դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս:

Բնապահպանական և բնօգտագործման վճարի հաշվետվությունները սահմանված ժամկետում չներկայացնելու համար Երևանի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից տնտեսվարողի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 50 հազար դրամ գումարի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում: Ջրերի և մթնոլորտի վերահսկողության բաժնի կողմից տնտեսվարողի մոտ իրականացված ստուգման արդյունքում հայտնաբերված խախտման համար կայացվել է 100 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում: Ընդհանուր առմամբ` ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության կիրառած պատժամիջոցներից հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ պետ ական բյուջե է մուտքագրվել 1.67 մլն դրամ (տարվա սկզբից 151.25մլն.դր):
