Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցած աշխատանքային խորհրդակցության ժամանակ, որը վարել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, զեկուցվել է, որ քաղաքաշինության ոլորտում, մասնավորապես ապօրինի շինարարության և հողազավթումների կանխման ուղղությամբ, նախորդ երկու շաբաթների ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել և վարչական արձանագրություն է կազմվել 12 դեպքի մասով, բացի այդ, 3 հասցեներում իրականացվել են ապօրինի շինությունների քանդման աշխատանքներ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, շինարարական հրապարակների կազմակերպման պայմանների նկատմամբ հսկողության արդյունքում էլ արձանագրվել է խախտման 16 դեպք: Քաղաքապետը հանձնարարել է հատուկ հսկողություն սահմանել շինարարության նպատակով տրամադրված փաստաթղթերի և իրականացվող աշխատանքների ուղղությամբ:

Շինարարության և բարեկարգման վարչության պետը զեկուցել է, որ ընթացքի մեջ են 2015 թվականի ծրագրով նախատեսված կենտրոնական և բակային տարածքների ասֆալտապատման, մասնավորապես փոսալցման, փոսային նորոգման և ճաքալցման աշխատանքները:

«Վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներն այստեղ մեծ անելիքներ ունեն: Մենք նպատակադրվել ենք ամբողջությամբ ավարտին հասցնել մայրաքաղաքի բոլոր ճանապարհների ու բակային տարածքների ասֆալտապատման աշխատանքները: Մենք չենք կարող ամեն տարի ասֆալտապատման մեծ ծավալի աշխատանքներ նախաձեռնել: Հատկապես վերջին չորս տարիներին կատարած աշխատանքների ծավալն այնպիսին է, ինչպիսին չի եղել նախորդող 20 տարիների ընթացքում: Եվ դա, ըստ մասնագետների, մեզ հնարավորություն է տալիս առնվազն առաջիկա 5 տարիներին հիմնականում տարեկան ընթացիկ պահպանում իրականացնելով ապահովել կատարած աշխատանքի երկարակեցությունը: Այս տարի նաև փոսանորոգման աշխատանքներ կատարելու համար մրցույթ հայտարարեցինք, ինչը հրաշալի հնարավորություն է տալիս մեկընդմիշտ վերացնելու այդ հասկացությունը Երևանում: Ըստ այդմ, մանրակրկիտ գույքագրեք բոլոր փողոցներում ու բակերում առկա փոսերը և հետևեք, որ դրանք լիարժեք նորոգվեն:

Մենք պետք է հասնենք նրան, որ Երևանում այլևս փոս չմնա ու, հետագա մեր ծրագրերում սեփական սեկտրում և փողոցներում վերջնական ասֆալտապատում կատարելուց հետո, խնդիրն այլևս համարենք փակված ու հաջորդող տարիներին մեր ծրագրում ներառենք միայն պահպանման ծախսերը»,- ընդգծել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
