Երկրի առջև ծառացած են էներգետիկ ոլորտի մի շարք օբյեկտիվ խնդիրներ, և ՀՀ կառավարությունը հաստատակամորեն միտված է այս բնագավառում նոր բարեփոխումների իրականացմանն ու կյանքի կոչմանը: Ինչպես փոխանցում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ Երևանում «ՀՀ էներգետիկ համակարգի երկարաժամկետ (մինչև 2036թ.) զարգացման ուղիները» խորագրով ծրագրի շնորհանդեսի ժամանակ այդ մասին հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը: Կառավար ությունն ԱՄՆ Միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության հետ պատրաստել է մինչև 2036թ. էներգետիկ համակարգի ռազմավարական զարգացման ծրագիրը, որում ներառված են տարբեր հզորությունների զարգացման հնարավորությունները, ներառյալ վերականգնվող էներգետիկ ռեսուրսների, տարածաշրջանային ինտեգրումն ապահովող ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացումը, օգտագործման ռեսուրսը սպառած էլեկտրահաղորդման գծերի, ենթակայանների վերակառուցումը, էներգետիկ անվտանգությունը, ինչպես նաև էլեկտրամատակարարումների հուսալիությունը բարձրացնող այլ միջոցառումներ:

«Ցավոք, վերջին տարիներին համակարգը բարդ ֆինանսական վիճակում է, ինչն ունի մի շարք օբյեկտիվ պատճառներ: Համաշխարհային տնտեսական ճգնաժամը, գնաճային երևույթները, փոխարժեքի տատանումները, կլիմայական անբարենպաստ պայմաններն այն գործոններն են, որոնք ֆինանսական խնդիրներ են առաջացրել էներգետիկ համակարգում»,- նշեց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը` ավելացնելով, որ կառավարությունն իրականացնում է համակարգի ֆինանսական առողջացմանն ուղղված մի շարք միջոցառումներ, որոնք իրենց մեջ ներառում են նաև շուկայի կառուցվածքի և սակագների մեթոդաբանության վերանայում: Ըստ ՀՀ վարչապետի՝ էներգետիկ համակարգի բարելավման, ներդրումների արդյունավետության, սպառողներին մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակի բարձրացման, էլեկտրաէներգիայի հաշվառման համակարգի արդիականացման և կորուստների կրճատման նպատակով իրականացվում են սակագների ձևավորման սկզբունքների և մեխանիզմների արդիականացման և իրատեսական էներգահաշվեկշիռների ապահովման աշխատանքներ: Կառավարության ղեկավարը հույս հայտնեց, որ շուտով այս միջոցառումները կունենան իրենց դրական ազդեցությունը:

«Հանրապետության ներկայիս էներգետիկ անվտանգության մակարդակը պահպանելու նպատակով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը շարունակելու է զարգացնել ատոմային էներգետիկան: Այդ նպատակով մենք ՀԱԷԿ-ի երկրորդ էներգաբլոկի շահագործման նախագծային ժամկետը 10 տարով երկարաձգելու մասին որոշում ենք կայացրել: Այժմ այդ ուղղությամբ իրականացվում են համապատասխան աշխատանքներ, ստորագրվել է անհրաժեշտ ֆինանսական համաձայնագիրը, որը վավերացվել է նաև ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի կողմից»,- ասաց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ շարունակվում են բանակցությունները հնարավոր ներդրողների հետ ՀՀ-ում նոր միջուկային էներգաբլոկի կառուցման ծրագրի իրականացման համար: Վարչապետը վստահություն հայտնեց նաև, որ քննարկումների արդյունքում կհնչեն մի շարք օգտակար առաջարկություններ, կներկայացվեն համակարգի զարգացման տարբեր նախագծեր և ուղիներ, որոնց ՀՀ կառավարությունը պատրաստ է ականջալուր լինել:
