Կառավարությունն ավելացրեց զինծառայողների ապահովագրական հատկացումները

 ՀՀ կառավարությունը «Զինծառայողների և նրանց ընտանիքների անդամների սոցիալական ապահովության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի կիրարկումն ապահովող միջոցառումների մասին» որոշման մեջ կատարեց փոփոխություններ: Ինչպես փոխանցում է «Արմենպրես»-ը,  ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունն օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված պետական կառավարման մարմինների կողմից ներկայացված ցուցակների հիման վրա միանվագ պետական պարտադիր ապահովագրական գումարներ է հատկացնում ՀՀ պաշտպանության ժամանակ մարտական գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև մարտական հերթապահության և հատուկ առաջադրանք կատարելու ժամանակ զոհվելու (մահանալու) դեպքում՝ երկու միլիոն դրամի չափով, ինչպես նաև ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարելիս զինծառայողների զոհվելու (մահանալու) դեպքում՝ մեկ միլիոն դրամի չափով:

«Առաջարկվող միանվագ ապահովագրական գումարների կիրառման պարագայում, միջինացված հաշվարկային տարեկան անհրաժեշտ գումարը կարող է կազմել 1-ին խմբի զինհաշմանդամների համար  3.000.000  դրամ` ներկայիս չափերով վճարելու դեպքում պահանջվող 2.730.000 դրամի փոխարեն, 2-րդ խմբի զինհաշմանդամների համար`  9,600.000  դրամ` ներկայիս չափերով վճարելու դեպքում պահանջվող 8.736.000 դրամի փոխարեն և 3-րդ խմբի զինհաշմանդամների համար`  35,400.000 դրամ` ներկայիս չափերով վճարելու դեպքում պահանջվող 32.214.000 դրամի փոխարեն»,- ասաց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը:

Հաշմանդամ դարձած զինծառայողներին տրամադրվող միանվագ ապահովագրական գումարներն առաջարկվող չափերով վճարելու դեպքում կպահանջվի տարեկան  48.000.000  դրամ`  ներկայում սահմանված չափերով վճարելու համար անհրաժեշտ 43.680.000 դրամի փոխարեն: Լրացուցիչ կպահանջվի 4.320.000 դրամ:

Ելնելով վերը նշված հաշվարկների արդյունքներից՝ առաջարկվող փոփոխությունների դեպքում տարեկան կպահանջվի  94.000.000  ՀՀ դրամ` ներկայիս չափերով վճարելու դեպքում պահանջվող 64.610.000 դրամի փոխարեն: Լրացուցիչ ընդհանուր պահանջվող գումարը կկազմի ընդամենը 29.390.000 դրամ:
