 Արցախի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության 22-ամյակի կապակցությամբ հուլիսի 23-ին տեղի է ունեցել ԼՂՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության կենտրոնական ապարատի աշխատակիցների նիստ։ Ինչպես ««Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ արտգործնախարարության տեղեկատվական վարչությունից, շնորհավորելով աշխատակիցներին՝ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Կարեն Միրզոյանը նշել է, որ անցած տարիների ընթացքում արցախյան դիվանագիտական ծառայությունը ոչ միայն կայացել է, այլև ունեցել է լուրջ ձեռքբերումներ երկրի և նրա քաղաքացիների շահերի պաշտպաության նպատակով հանրապետության ղեկավարության կողմից տրված առաջադրանքների կատարման գործում։ Դրա հետ մեկտեղ, միջազգային քաղաքական դաշտում տեղի ունեցող նոր զարգացումներն ու նոր մարտահրավերներն արցախյան դիվանագետներից պահանջում են առավելագույն նվիրվածություն, պատասխանատվություն և ստեղծագործական մոտեցում։

Իր խոսքում Կարեն Միրզոյանն անդրադարձել է նաև արտաքին քաղաքական օրակարգի մի շարք առանցքային հարցերին։ Խոսելով, մասնավորապես, ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացի մասին, արտաքին գործերի նախարարը հայտարարել է, որ ԼՂՀ ԱԳՆ այսուհետ ևս շարունակելու է գործադրել բոլոր ջանքերը՝ բացառելու ԼՂՀ և նրա քաղաքացիների անվտանգության սպառնալիքների ցանկացած հավանականությունը և հասնելու ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության վերջնական կարգավորմանը միայն խաղաղ ճանապարհով։

Համոզմունք հայտնելով, որ հակամարտության վերջնական կարգավորումը հնարավոր է միայն հաշվի առնելով 1991թ. անկախության հանրաքվեն և 2006թ. Սահմանադրական հանրաքվեին Արցախի ժողովրդի ազատ և լեգիտիմ կամարտահայտության արդյունքներն ու առկա իրողությունները, արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը նշել է, որ ԼՂՀ իշխանությունները և ժողովուրդը ունեն հակամարտության կարգավորման ուղիների միասնական տեսլական։

Արտաքին գործերի նախարարն անդրադարձ է կատարել նաև ԼՂՀ միջազգային ճանաչման գործընթացին։ Նա ընդգծել է, որ ԼՂՀ ԱԳՆ շարունակելու գործունեությունը՝ զարգացնելու և ամրապնդելու առկա դրական միտումները, որոնք պայմանավորված են առաջին հերթին անկախ ժողովրդավարական պետականության կառուցման գործում Արցախի ձեռքբերումներով։

Նիստի ընթացքում արտաքին գործերի նախարարը պատվոգրեր է հանձնել գերատեսչության մի շարք աշխատակիցներին։
