ՀՀ ԿԳՆ «Կրթական ծրագրերի կենտրոն»-ը «Կրթության որակ և համապատասխանություն» երկրորդ վարկային ծրագրի շրջանակներում «Հայաստանի բարձրագույն կրթության նորարարությունների մրցակցային հիմնադրամ»-ի ֆինանսավորմամբ ՀՀ ԳԱԱ-ի գիտակրթական միջազգային կենտրոնը (ԳԿՄԿ) սեպտեմբերի 5-ից Ծաղկաձորում կազմակերպել է է «ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Գիտակրթական միջազգային կենտրոնում լրացուցիչ հեռավար շարունակական կրթության կազմակերպում» ծրագրի շրջանակներում ամառային դպրոցը, որի նպատակն է հեռավար հարթակում առցանց դասընթացների գործնական կառուցումը, հեռավար դասընթացների տեսագրությունների / պրեզենտացիաների նկարահանում և մոնտաժը, տեսականֆերանսների ինտեգրումը հեռավոր դասընթացներում և այլն:
ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Գրադարանային – տեղեկատվական աղբյուրներ մասնագիտության ամբիոնի վարիչ Տիգրան Զարգարյանը Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցում ընդգծեց հեռավար կրթության կարևորությունը, միաժամանակ ընգծելով, որ մեր կրթական համակարգը պետք է համալրվի թվայնացված կրթական պաշարներով: «Քանի որ խոսք է գնում հեռավար կրթության մասին, ապա բացառված չէ, որ ուսանողները գտնվեն հանրապետության հեռավոր մարզերում, ինչու ոչ՝ արտերկրում, կամ ծանրաբեռնված են աշխատանքով և գիտելիքների բացը լրացնելու հնարավորություն ունեն երեկոյան ժամերին, այսինքն՝ հնարավորություն չունեն այցելելու գրադարան, կամ այցելելու պարագայում տեխնիկական խոչընդոտներ կարող են առաջանալ. այնպես որ հեռավար ուսուցումը սկսելուց առաջ ուղղակի անհրաժեշտություն է ունենալ թվային գրադարան, որոնք պետք է հասանելի լինեն թվային տեսքով, որպեսզի ուսանողը լինի Գորիսում, Տավուշում, թե Միացյալ Նահանգներում՝ հնարավորություն ունենա օգտվելու և լրացնելու իր մասնագիտական բացերը համացանցի միջոցով»,-նշեց պարոն Զարգարյանը:
Մեր ճշտող հարցին՝ ձեր գրադարանը ունի՞ այդպիսի հնարավորություններ, Գրադարանային – տեղեկատվական աղբյուրներ մասնագիտության ամբիոնի վարիչը պատասխանեց. «Իհարկե՛ ունի, այսօրվա դրությամբ մենք ստեղծում ենք Հայաստանի գիտական ցանցը: Այս պահին արդեն ունենք մեկ միլիոն էջ ազատ, բոլորին հասանելի թվայնացված գիտական գրականություն: Դրանք ՀՀ ԳԱԱ բոլոր ամսագրերն են, որոնք առ այսօր տպագրվում են, մեր հայագիտական նյութերը և այլն»:
Պարոն Զարգարյանը ընդգծեց, որ Հայաստանի գիտական ցանցի թվայնացումը անհրաժեշտ է ոչ միայն հեռավար կրթության կազմակերպման տեսակետից, այլև բավականաչափ դյուրացնում է ԲՈւՀ-երում սովորող ուսանողների գործը, ովքեր համացանցի միջոցով կարող են գտնել անհրաժեշտ մասնագիտական գրականությունը և օգտվել թե՛ ուսումնառության, թե՛ աշխատանքային գործունեության ընթացքում:
