Արդարադատության ակադեմիայի կառավարման խորհուրդը քննարկել է ուսուցման գործընթացին վերաբերող հարցեր

ՀՀ Արդարադատության ակադեմիայում հուլիսի 24-ին տեղի է ունեցել ակադեմիայի կառավարման խորհրդի հերթական նիստը, որը վարում էր խորհրդի նախագահ, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ Էմիլ Բաբայանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Արդարադատության ակադեմիայի հանրային կապերի բաժնից, նիստին ներկա էին խորհրդի անդամներ Արսեն Մկրտչյանը (ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ), Երվանդ Խունդկարյանը (ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի քաղաքացիական և վարչական պալատի նախագահ),  Հովսեփ Բեդևյանը (ՀՀ վարչական վերաքննիչ դատարանի նախագահ), Համլետ Ասատրյանը (ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի քրեական պալատի դատավոր) և Հակոբ Մարտիրոսյանը (Արագածոտնի մարզի դատախազ): Նիստին մասնակցում էր Արդարադատության ակադեմիայի ռեկտոր Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը:

Նիստի ընթացքում խորհուրդը քննարկել և միաձայն հաստատել է քաղաքացիական և վարչական մասնագիտացումներով դատավորների թեկնածուների նոր խմբի ուսումնական գործընթացը 2015 թվականի օգոստոսի 31-ից սկսելու մասին ռեկտորի առաջարկը: Ակադեմիայի ունկնդիրների նոր խմբի ուսումնական գործընթացն ապահովելու նպատակով Խորհուրդը նոր խմբագրությամբ հաստատել է դատավորի թեկնածուների մասնագիտական պատրաստման ուսուցման ծրագիրը: Այն ընդգրկում է նաև օրենսդրական վերջին փոփոխությունները, մասնավորապես՝ հաշտարարի ինստիտուտին և անհատական տվյալների պաշտպանությանը վե րաբերող հիմնահարցերը:

Օրակարգային հաջորդ հարցը վերաբերում էր դատավորների և դատախազների վերապատրաստման ժամանակացույցին: Դատավորները մեկ շաբաթ տևողությամբ՝ առկա ուսուցման եղանակով վերապատրաստում կանցնեն սեպտեմբերի 28-ից դեկտեմբերի 18-ը, իսկ դատախազները՝ սեպտեմբերի 7-ից դեկտեմբերի 18-ը: Դատավորների և դատախազների՝ հեռաուսուցման եղանակով վերապատրաստումը կիրականացվի սեպտեմբերի 15-ից դեկտեմբերի 7-ը՝ տասը շաբաթ տևողությամբ:

Խորհրդի նիստում որոշվել է նաև, որ Ակադեմիայում անկախ աուդիտ իրականացնող անձի նշանակումը կիրականացվի հրապարակային հայտարարության հիման վրա՝ մրցութային կարգով:
