Շիրակի մարզի Մեծ Սարիար գյուղի բնակիչ Իրինա Իոսիֆովային ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 106-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել: Այս մասին Արմենպրեսին հայտնի դարձավ դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից:

Իրինա Յուրիի Իոսիֆովան 2015 թվականի մարտի 23-ին, ժամը 06:30-ի սահմաններում Շիրակի մարզի Մեծ Սարիար գյուղի 3-րդ փողոցի իրենց թիվ 12 տանը ծննդաբերել է արական սեռի երեխա: Սակայն, ընտանիքի սոցիալական վատ վիճակից ու երեխային պահելու միջոցներ չունենալու հանգամանքից ելնելով, ծննդաբերությունից անմիջապես հետո մեղադրյալը որոշել է սպանել նորածնին:

Ապօրինաբար նորածնին կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ` մարտի 23-ին, ժամը 8:00-ի սահմաններում, վերջինիս գլուխը բերանի և քթի մասով հենելով իր բազուկին` նախաբուզակով սեղմել է այն և փակելով շնչուղիները` շնչահեղձ անելու եղանակով սպանել է նրան:

Վերը նշված քրեական հոդվածով մեղադրյալին սպառնում է առավելագույնը հինգ տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում:
