Ֆինանսների նախարարության օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչությունը բարելավել է ցուցանիշները

Ֆինանսների նախարարության օպերատիվ հետախուզության և ներքին անվտանգության գլխավոր վարչության օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչությունն ընթացիկ տարվա առաջին կիսամյակում իրականացրել է բյուջեի հետ փոխհարաբերությունների ճշտության 336 ստուգում, հայտնաբերել է պետբյուջե լրացուցիչ գանձման ենթակա 4.4 մլրդ դրամ գումար, ինչը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի ցուցանիշը գերազանցել է 2.2 միլիարդ դրամով կամ 100 տոկոսով:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ՀՀ ՖՆ ՕՀՎ և ՆԱ ԳՎ օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչության 4-րդ բաժնի պետ, ՀԾ գնդապետ Աշոտ Զաքարյանի տեղեկացմամբ՝ առաջին կիսամյակում իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում առանց ուղեկցող փաստաթղթերի կամ սահմանված կարգի համաձայն ուղեկցող փաստաթղթերը չգրանցելու հետ կապված կազմվել է 1094 վարչական ակտ` 453.3 մլն դրամ գումարով, իրականացրել է 175 մասնակի ստուգում՝ հայտնաբերելով պետբյուջե վճարման ենթակա 44.2 մլն դրամ գումար:

«Օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչությունն առաջին վեց ամիսներին հայտնաբերել է ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրությամբ զբաղվելու 122 և առանց լիցենզիայի գործունեության 5 դեպք, կազմվել են, համապատասխանաբար, 78.2 և 2.9 միլիոն դրամի վարչական ակտեր»,- նշել է Աշոտ Զաքարյանը:

ՕՀՎ 4-րդ բաժնի պետը հայտնել է, որ տարեսկզբից ուսումնասիրվել է շրջանառության հարկի դաշտում աշխատող և 40 մլն-ից մինչև 58.35 մլն դրամ իրացման շրջանառություն ունեցող տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների գործունեությունը, կատարված վերլուծությունների արդյունքներից ելնելով` այդ տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների մոտ իրականացվել են օպերատիվ-հետախուզական, այլ հսկողական և բացատրական աշխատանքներ, որի արդյունքում նրանցից 150-ը դարձել է ԱԱՀ վճարող: «Օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչության կողմից 324 դեպքով նյութեր են ուղարկվել Իրավախախտումների հայտնաբերման և վարչական վար ույթների իրականացման ու Քննչական վարչություններ. 9 դեպքով հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր»,-նշել է Աշոտ Զաքարյանը:

Հայտնաբերված գումարներից պետական բյուջե է վճարվել մոտ 1.6 մլրդ դրամ: Աճ է արձանագրվել նաև ԱԱՀ վճարող տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների կողմից դուրս գրվող էլեկտրոնային հարկային հաշիվների մասով: Այսպես, 2015թ-ի առաջին կիսամյակում դուրս է գրվել 4903324 հատ էլեկտրոնային հարկային հաշիվ՝ նախորդ տարվա առաջին վեց ամիսների 3972342 հատի դիմաց. աճը կազմել է 930982 հատ կամ 23.5 տոկոս: 2015թ-ի առաջին կիսամյակում դուրս գրված հարկային հաշիվներում առանձնացված գործարքների գումարը կազմել է 1 տրիլիոն 65 մլրդ դրամ՝ անցյալ տարվա առաջին կիսամյակի 993 մլրդ դրամի դիմաց (աճը՝ 72 մլրդ դրամ կամ 7.25 տոկոս):
