Նոր ուսումնական տարվան ընդառաջ` Հարկադիր կատարման ծառայությունը ալիմենտի բռնագանձման վարույթներով շահառու` մայրաքաղաքի և մարզերի առաջին դասարանցիների համար անակնկալ է պատրաստել՝ անհրաժեշտ գրենական պիտույքներով պայուսակներ նվիրելով:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԴԱՀԿ մամուլի ծառայությունից, հարկադիր կատարման ծառայության հրավերով Հովհաննես Թումանյանի անվան պետական տիկնիկային թատրոնի դերասանները Երևան քաղաքի և Շիրակի մարզի առաջին դասարանցիների համար հանդես են եկել շոու ծրագրով և թատերական ներկայացմամբ: Միջոցառման ավարտին հարկադիր կատարողները նրանց նվիրել են պայուսակներ` անհրաժեշտ գրենական պիտույքներով: Հանրապետության մյուս մարզերում հարկադիր կատարողներն անձամբ են այցելել առաջին դասարանցիներին, շնորհավորել նրանց գալիք ուսումնակա ն տարվա կապակցությամբ և նվերներ հանձնել:

ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարող, արդարադատության գեներալ-մայոր Միհրան Պողոսյանը շնորհավորել է առաջին դասարանցիներին՝ մաղթելով նրանց անհոգ մանկություն և լուսավոր ապագա: «Երեխաների անհոգ առօրյայի ապահովումը մեր բոլորիս խնդիրն է. աշխատելով այս երեխաների հետ` հարկադիր կատարողներն ունեն գերխնդիր՝ օրենքի տառի համաձայն գործադրել բոլոր միջոցները, որպեսզի երեխաների իրավունքներն առավելագույնս պաշտպանված լինեն: Մենք պարտավոր ենք աշխատանք տանել նրանց ծնողների հոգսերը նվազեցնելու ուղղությամբ: Քաղաքացու, հասարակության, պետության նման հոգա տարությունն իր ապագայի հանդեպ անպայման տալիս է իր առողջ պտուղները»,-ասել է ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողը:

Հարկադիր կատարման ծառայությունում ներկայումս ընթացքի մեջ է 1884 կատարողական վարույթ, որից 1161-ը՝ մարզերից: Հարկադիր կատարման ծառայությունն աշխատանք է տանում շուրջ 2895 երեխայի հետ: Ծառայության գործառույթներից են ալիմենտներին վերաբերող գանձումները, տեսակցություններն ու երեխայի հանձնումը մի ծնողից մյուսին:
