Հայաստանում կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարում հաջողություն արձանագրելու կարևոր բաղադրիչներից մեկն է երկրի քաղաքացիական հասարակության և մասնավոր հատվածի ներգրավվածությունը: «Մասնավոր հատվածը կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի արդի մարտահրավերների դեմ հանդիման» խորագրով աշխատաժողովին այսպիսի կարծիք հայտնեց ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ, Հակակոռուպցիոն ծրագրերի ազգային համակարգո ղ Սուրեն Քրմոյանը:

«Հակակոռուպցիոն պայքարի վերաբերյալ սա առաջին հանդիպումն է մեր բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի խորհուրդը նախատեսել է իր նիստերին պարբերաբար հրավիրել մեր բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչներին՝ ներկայում բիզնեսում առկա խոչընդոտների և դրանց հաղթահարման իրենց տեսլականը և առաջարկությունները լսելու համար: Մենք բոլորս պետք է հասկանանք, որ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը մեր բոլորի` և’ պետական բոլոր ճյուղերի, և’ հասարակական կազմակերպություններիերի, և’ բիզնեսի, և’ ի վերջո յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու խնդիրն է: Եթե մենք ուզո ւմ ենք տեսնել զարգացած պետություն, ապա այս խնդիրը պետք է դառնա յուրաքանչյուրիս մտահոգությունը»,- նշեց նա:

 Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության տնտեսական խորհրդատու Ալեսանդրո Զանոտան շեշտեց, որ յուրաքանչյուր երկրում կոռուպցիան քաղաքացիների մոտ առաջացնում է սխալ տնտեսական շահագրգռվածություն: «Եվրամիությունը մշտապես աջակցել է աշխարհի տարբեր երկրների ձեռնարկած հակակոռուպցիոն միջոցառումներին: Այս գործընթացում հաջողություններ արձանագրելու համար ՀՀ կառավարությունը պետք է իր վրա վերցնի քաղաքական հստակ հանձնառություն և մշակի հակակոռուպցիոն ռազմավարություն: Բացի այդ, քաղաքացիական հասարակությունը և մասնավոր հատվածը`բիզնեսը, պետք է ակտիվ որեն ներգրավված լինեն տվյալ աշխատանքներում, ինչը շատ կարևոր է այս պայքարում վերջնական հաջողություն արձանագրելու համար»,-ընդգծեց բանախոսը:

Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանում առկա կոռուպցիոն խնդիրներին`«Թրանսփարենսի ինթերնեշնլ հակակոռուպցիոն կենտրոն»  ՀԿ գործադիր տնօրեն Վարուժան Հոկտանյանն ասաց հետևյալը. «ՀՀ կառավարությունը պետք է քաղաքական կամք դրսևորի այս հարցում, հակառակ պարագայում այս գործընթացը կարող է վերածվել ձևականության, ինչպես Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի նախորդ խորհուրդի գործունեության ժամանակ»:

Աշխատաժողովը կազմակերպել է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունը` Թրանսփերենսի Ինթերնեշնլ հակակոռուպցիոն կենտրոնի և ՀՀ-ում Եվրոպական միության պատվիրակության աջակցությամբ:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի նախագահությամբ կառավարությունում հուլիսի 28-ին տեղի էր ունեցել Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի խորհրդի առաջին նիստը: ՀՀ վարչապետը նշել է, որ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից իրականացվող ներքին քաղաքականության կարևորագույն ուղղություններից է: Իսկ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի հիմնական երաշխիքներից մեկը հակակոռուպցիոն քաղաքականության արդյունավետ իրականացումն ապահովող ինստիտուցիոնալ համակարգն է: Այդ նպատակո վ ՀՀ կառավարության 2015 թվականի փետրվարի 19-ի N 165 Ն որոշմամբ ստեղծվել է Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի խորհուրդը: 

Խորհուրդն իրականացնում է հակակոռուպցիոն բարեփոխումների համակարգումն ու դրանց կատարման նկատմամբհսկողությունը Հայաստանում: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը կարևորել է նաև կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի գործընթացում բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերի մասնակցությունը և համագործակցությունը: 

Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի խորհրդի անդրանիկ նիստի ընթացքում ներկայացվել է հանրային ոլորտում կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի նվազեցմանը ուղղված 2015-18թվականների միջոցառումների ծրագիրը:
