 ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը հուլիսի 30-ին ընդունել է Միավորված ազգերի զարգացման ծրագրի (UNDP) և ՄԱԿ-ի արդյունաբերության զարգացման կազմակերպության (UNIDO) ներկայացուցիչներ Բաբկեն Բաբայանին և Սևերին Օմանին: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, հանդիպման նպատակն էր քննարկել «Եվրոպական հարևանության գյուղատնտեսության և գյուղի զարգացման ծրագրի» (ENPARD) «Արտադրող խմբերի և արժեշղթաների զարգացում» բաղադրիչի կատարման ընթացքը:

Հանդիպման սկզբին նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանն ընդգծել է ծրագրի կարևորությունը Հայաստանում գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի տարբեր ճյուղերի զարգացման համար:  «Այս ծրագրով ոչ միայն բարենպաստ պայմաններ կստեղծվեն մեր երկրում գյուղատնտեսական կոոպերատիվների ստեղծման ու զարգացման համար, այլև այն խթան կհանդիսանա ոլորտի ընդհանուր զարգացման համար», – նշել է իր խոսքում ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարը:

 Հյուրերի տեղեկացմամբ` «Եվրոպական հարևանության գյուղատնտեսության և գյուղի զարգացման ծրագրով» (ENPARD) իրականացվող «Արտադրող խմբերի և արժեշղթաների զարգացում» բաղադրիչի շրջանակում, որն իրականացվելու է Շիրակի, Լոռու, Գեղարքունիքի, Արագածոտնի, Կոտայքի և Վայոց ձորի մարզերում, ստացվել է թվով 190 հայտադիմում: Հայտատուները հիմնականում ցանկություն են հայտնել ծրագրի շրջանակում տրամադրվող միջոցներով զբաղվել մասնավորապես հնդկացորենի, հատապտղի, ոչ ավանդական բանջարեղենի, կաթի և կաթնամթերքի, ինչպես նաև մեղրի առաջնային արտադրությամբ : 

Ծրագրի համակարգող անձնակազմի անդամները շեշտել են, որ հայտադիմումների ընտրությունը կատարելիս նախապատվությունը տրվելու է նրանց, ովքեր ցանկություն են հայտնել մշակել բարձրարժեք և ոչ ավանդական մշակաբույսեր: Ծրագրի արդյունավետության ապահովման համար հետագայում նախատեսվում է կազմել առանձին բիզնես-պլաններ, որոնց հիման վրա կիրականացվի յուրաքանչյուր հայտատուի ֆինանսավորումը:

Այս առումով նախարարը ընդգծել է ծրագրի շրջանակում դիվերսիֆիկացված գյուղմթերքի, պանրի եվրոպական տեսակների արտադրության, հատապտղի նոր այգիների հիմնման խթանումը և հակակարկտային ցանցերի ներդրման կարևորությունը: Նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը նաև առաջարկել է հետագա ծրագրերում հնարավորության դեպքում ներառել մեղվաբուծության զարգացմանը, ձկնաբուծարաններում ջրի խնայողատար ռեժիմով նորագույն համակարգերի ներդրմանը, ոռոգման կաթիլային համակարգերի կիրառմանը վերաբերող բաղադրիչներ:
