Մերի Մարգարյանի մոտ թոքաբորբ չի հայտնաբերվել, ջերմությունն էլ 37 է եղել. «Շենգավիթ» ԲԿ-ի պարզաբանումը

26-ամյա ծննդկան Մերի Մարգարյանի մոտ թոքաբորբ չի հայտնաբերվել: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել «Շենգավիթ» բժշկական կենտրոնը, որտեղ հաշվառված է եղել ծննդկանը:

Հիվանդանոցից հայտնում են, որ Մերի Մարգարյանը «ձախակողմյան պիելոնեֆրիտ, սուր ռեսպիրատոր հիվանդություն, հղիների անեմիա» ախտորոշմամբ հոսպիտալացվել է «Շենգավիթ» ԲԿ հղիների պաթոլոգիայի բաժանմունք հուլիսի 26-ին ժամը 16։20 բավարար վիճակում։

«Ընդունման պահին հղին գանգատվել է ընդհանուր թուլությունից, ձախ գոտկային շրջանում բութ ցավերից, բարձր ջերմությունից։

Հոսպիտալացման պահից սկսվել է դեզինտոկսիկացիոն, ինֆուզիոն, հականեմիկ եւ հակաբակտերիալ բուժում։ Հոսպիտալացման հաջորդ օրն առավոտյան հղին գանգատվել է ընդհանուր թուլությունից, հեւոցից, հաճախշնչությունից, հազ չի նշել, ջերմությունը եղել է 37,8 աստիճան։ Այդ կապակցությամբ քանիցս զննվել է մասնագետների կողմից, իրականացվել են լաբորատոր եւ թոքերի ռենտգեն–հետազոտություններ, որոնց արդյունքում թոքաբորբ չի հայտնաբերվել։

Քիչ ուշ անալիզներում փոփոխությունների գրանցման կապակցությամբ հրավիրվել է կոնսիլիում, որոշվել է իրականացնել հեպատոլոգի եւ նեյրոօֆթալմոլոգի խորհրդատվություն։ Վերջինիս զննման արդյունքում կասկածվել է սուբարախնոիդալ արյունազեղում, ինչի պատճառով էլ որոշվել է հղիին տեղափոխել բազմապրոֆիլային բուժհաստատություն' ախտորոշումը հերքելու կամ հաստատելու եւ հետագա բուժումը կազմակերպելու նպատակով։ Ժամը 15։00 հիվանդը շտապ օգնության մեքենայով տեղափոխվել է «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:

Նշենք, որ Մերի Մարգարյանի հարազատները կատարվածի մեջ մեղադրում են «Շենգավիթ» բժշկական կենտրոնի բժշկուհի Շուշանիկ Բախշյանին, ում մոտ էլ հաշվառված է եղել եւ 35 շաբաթ հետազոտվել է 26-ամյա կինը: Մերի Մարգարյանի եղբոր պատմելով՝ քույրը 4 օր շարունակ բարձր ջերմություն է ունեցել, սակայն բժշկուհին հրաժարվել է հոսպիտալացնել: Միայն հուլիսի 26-ին են նրան հիվանդանոց ընդունել, սակայն հաջորդ օրն արդեն իսկ խորհուրդ են տվել տեղափոխել այլ հիվանդանոց: Հարազատները տեղափոխել են «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ, որտեղ նրան անմիջապես կեսարյան հատում են արել: Մերիի վիճակը ծայրահեղ ծանր է եղել, 2 օր անց նա մահացել է: Հուլիսի 30-ին կեսօրին մահացել է նաեւ ծննդկանի նորածին դուստրը:
