Շվեյցարահայ գործարար Վարդան Սերմաքեշը10 մլն դրամ ներդում կիրականացնի Շիրակի մարզի տնտեսական զարգացման նպատակով: Այն կարող է լինել ինչպես խոշոր, այնպես էլ միջին ու փոքր բիզնեսների զարգացման ուղղությամբ: Այդ նպատակով ևս 20 տոկոս ներդրում կունենա ՀՀ կառավարությունը: Այս մասին օգոստոսի 1-ին Գյումրի կատարած այցի ժամանակ տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը:

«Մեր այցի նպատակը Շիրակի մարզում տնտեսական մասի ակտիվացումն է, և մենք այդ հարցը ՀՀ կառավարությունում քննարկել ենք պարոն Սերմաքեշի հետ: Նա, ևս մեկ անգամ դրսևորելով իր հայրենասիրությունը, առաջարկել է 10 մլն դրամ ներդնել՝ Գյումրիում մի կառույց ստեղծելու համար, որը կֆինանսավորի բոլոր այն տնտեսական ծրագրերը, որոնք կներկայացնի Շիրակի մարզի բնակչությունը: Դա կնպաստի Շիրակի մարզի տնտեսական ակտիվացմանն  ու աշխատատեղերի ստեղծմանը: Առաջարկվել է նաև, որ ևս 20 տոկոսի ներդրում ունենա ՀՀ կառավարությունը: Այսպիսով,  ևս 2 մլն դոլարի մասնակցութ յուն կունենա ՀՀ կառավարությունը: Ընդհանուր՝ 12 մլն դոլար ներդրումով կփորձենք ֆինանսավորել այն բոլոր ծրագրերը, որոնք կառաջարկվի Շիրակի մարզի գործարար աշխարհի կողմից: Ամենակարևոր հանգամանն այն է, որ գումարը տնտեսավարողներին կտրամադրվի տարեկան 5 տոկոսով՝ 7 տարի ժամկետով՝ նման ցածր տոկոսադրույք բանկերում չկա, իսկ նպատակը միայն ծրագրերը ֆինանսավորելն է, մարզի տնտեսական իրավիճակն ակտիվացնելը և աշխատատեղեր ստեղծելը»,-նշեց  ՀՀ  վարչապետը:

«Խոսքը վերաբերում է ինչպես մարզի գյուղատնտեսությանն, այնպես էլ արտադրությանը: Մենք կֆինանսավորենք այն ծրագրերը, որոնք կարևոր են մարզի համար դա նախ գյուղատնտեսությունն է, որն անչափ կարևոր է մարզի համար, ապա նաև թեթև արտադրությունը: Երևանից հետո ներդրում իրականցրել եմ Արցախում, հիմա արդեն Շիրակում՝ սա նորմալ գործընթաց է»,-նշեց Վարդան Սերմաքեշը՝ վստահություն հայտնելով, որ Գյումրին մեծ ապագա ունի: «Մարզի գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում ոռոգման խնդիրը լուծելուց հետո կանցնենք նաև թեթև արդյունաբերության ոլորտին և այսպես քայլ առ քայլ առաջ ենք գնալու»,-ավելացրեց Վարդան Սերմաքեշը:
