ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունում տեղի ունեցավ ՀՀ ՊՆ Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական ինստիտուտի և ռազմաուսումնական հաստատությունների շրջանավարտներին սպայական կոչումների հանձնման հանդիսավոր արարողությունը, որին մասնակցում էր ՀՀ Նախագահ, ՀՀ զինված ուժերի գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատար Սերժ Սարգսյանը։

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սերյան Օհանյան իր խոսքում ՀՀ ՊՆ Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական ինստիտուտի և ռազմաուսումնական հաստատությունների 221 շրջանավարտների շնորհավորեց առաջին սպայական լեյտենանտ կոչում ստանալու առթիվ և   շնորհակալություն հայտնեց ուսումնական հաստատությունների  դասախոսներին, հրամանատարներին։

«Նրանց տքնաջան աշխատանքի արդյունքները մենք տեսնելու ենք մի քանի տարի անց։ Վստահ եմ դրանում, որովհետև այս հաստատությունների նախորդ տարիների շրջանավարտներն այսօր զբաղեցնում են պատասխանատու հրամանատարական և շտաբային պաշտոններ, լիարժեք կերպով իրականացնում են բանակային խնդիրների կատարումը»,-ասաց նա։

Նախարարը կարևորեց հայրենական հրամանատարաշտաբային դասընթացներն ավարտած սպաների աշխատանքը։ «Սա փայլուն էջ է ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի ռազմական կրթության ոլորտում»,-ասաց նա։

Անդրադառնալով սահմանի իրավիճակին՝ նախարարն ասաց.«Ու չնայած շփման գծում երբեմն-երբեմն բռնկվող լարվածությանը՝ մեր զինվորն ու սպան պատվով են կատարում իրենց խնդիրը՝ պաշտպանելով հայրենիքի սահմաններն ու պահպանելով հերոսություններով նվաճված հաղթական խաղաղությունը»։

Իր խոսքն ուղղելով շրջանավարտներին՝ Սերյան Օհանյանն ասաց, որ գեղեցիկ համազգեստ և ուսադիրներ ստանալով իսկույն սպա չեն դառնում, կոչում ստանալուն պես հրամանատար չեն դառնում և, մեջբերելով Գարեգին Նժդեհի խոսքերը, երեք մաղթանք ուղղեց շրջանավարտներին։

«Առաջինը՝ մկրտության դրոշմը չջնջվի ձեր հոգիներում։ Երկրորդ՝ հետագայում հանդիպելով ձեր ենթակայության ծառայած զինվորներին՝ նրանց շուրթերից լսեք «պատիվ ունեմ հրամանատար», այդ երեք բառերի պարփակված մեծ խորհուրդը տարիներ անց ենք հասկանալու։ Երրորդ՝ չդավաճանեք ձեր սկզբունքներին չընկրկեք, չընկճվեք ոչ մի դժվարություններից և որպես հրամանատար վաստակեք ձեր զինվորների ավագ ազնիվ ու անկաշառ ընկերը լինելու մեծ պատիվը։ Ձեր մեծագույն պարգևը և հաջողության գրավականը կլինի զինվորի մոր օրհնանքը՝ իր որդու կյանքը և ծառայությունը պահպանելու համար»,-ասաց նա։
