ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը, հաշվի առնելով բարձր ջերմաստիճանային պայմանները և ստացվող ահազանգերը, կոչ է անում սպառողներին պահպանել սննդամթերքի անվտանգության կանոնները: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ ՍԱՊԾ-ից, պետք է հետևել մի քանի պարզ կանոնների: Մասնավորապես, մրգերը, բանջարեղենը, հա տապտուղները օգտագործելուց առաջ լավ լվանալ խմելու հոսող ջրով, պահպանել սննդամթերքը ճիշտ ջերմաստիճանային պայմաններում` սառնարանում. կրեմային արտադրանքի և կաթնամթերքի, մսամթերքի պահման համար անհրաժեշտ է -2–ից +4 OC ջերմաստիճան, ձվի պահման համար՝ 0-ից +20 OC աստիճան (պիտանելիության ժամկետը 25 օր է): Ձուկը նույնպես համարվում է շուտ փչացող սննդամթերք, և այն պետք է պահել ու վաճառել սառնարանային պայմաններում՝ պաղեցրած ձկնամթերքը -2-ից 0 OC ջերմաստիճանում՝ առավելագույնը 48 ժամ:

Ընտրել և օգտագործել թարմ, չփչացած և պիտանիության ժամկետի մեջ գտնվող սննդամթերք, չգնել արտաքին միջավայրի գործոնների՝ արևի ճառագայթների և մթնոլորտային տեղումների, ինչպես նաև փոշու, ավտոտրանսպորտային արտանետումների անմիջական ազդեցության ներքո գտնվող մայրուղիներում, փողոցներում, բնակելի շենքերի բակերում բացօթյա պայմաններում պատրաստվող և վաճառվող, պատրաստման և պահպանման հատուկ պայմաններ պահանջող սննդամթերք` միս-մսամթերք, կաթ-կաթնամթերք, կրեմային հրուշակեղեն, փափուկ լցնովի պաղպաղակ, ձու, ձկնեղեն, թարմ ձկնկիթ, պահածոյացված սննդատեսա կներ, կարկանդակներ, փքաբլիթներ, ձմերուկ և այլն:

Հետևել ձեռքերի հիգիենային՝ լվանալ հաճախակի, յուրաքանչյուր անգամ սնունդ պատրաստելուց և ուտելուց առաջ, պահպանել անձնական հիգիենայի տարրական կանոնները, սննդամթերքը պահել փակ տարաներում, առանձնացնել հում սննդամթերքը եփվածից, մթերքը լավ եփել կամ տապակել՝ 70 OC -ից ոչ պակաս ջերմաստիճանում: Սննդային թունավորումներից խուսափելու նպատակով խնջույքների և տոնակատարությունների ժամանակ խուսափել երկար ժամանակ սեղանին բարձր ջերմաստիճանի տակ գտնվող աղցաններ և նախուտեստներ ճաշակելուց, ճամփորդության ժամանակ արագ փչացող սննդամթերքը՝ կաթնամթերքը, մսամթերքը, կրեմային հրուշակեղենը վերցնել միայն սառնարան-պայուսակներով՝ պահպանելով դրանք զով պայմաններում:
