Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորությամբ կառավարությունում օգոստոսի 5-ին տեղի է ունեցել քննարկում՝ Հայաստանի ավիացիայի ոլորտի բարեփոխումների ընթացքի և հեռանկարների վերաբերյալ, որին մասնակցել են միջազգային դնոր կազմակերպությունների՝ ԱՄՆ Միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության, Համաշխարհային բանկի, Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրա մի երևանյան գրասենյակների, ինչպես նաև «Հայաստանի զարգացման նախաձեռնություններ» (IDeA) բարեգործական հիմնադրամի և պատկան գերատեսչությունների ներկայացուցիչները:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հանդիպմանն արծարծվել է ՀՀ կառավարության որդեգրած «բաց երկնքի» քաղաքականության իրականացմանը վերաբերող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ: ՀՀ կառավարության և դոնոր կառույցների կողմից ավիացիոն ոլորտի զարգացման ուղղությամբ կատարված աշխատանքների քննարկումից հետո, կողմերն անդրադարձել են հետագա համատեղ քայլերին: Այս առումով, մասնավորապես, երկուստեք կարևորվել է «բաց երկնքի» քաղաքականության իրականացմ ան կոնկրետ գործողությունների ծրագրի և ժամանակացույցի մշակումը, հանրային իրազեկվածության բարձրացման նպատակով համակարգված գործողությունների իրականացումը, զբոսաշրջության ռազմավարության մշակումը և այլն: 

Նշելով, որ գործադիրը շարունակում է հայկական ավիաշուկայի մրցակցության բարձրացմանը, նոր ավիաընկերություններով համալրմանը, ոլորտի օրենսդրության բարելավմանն ուղղված քայլերը՝ վարչապետը կարևորել է դոնոր համայնքի հետագա օժանդակությունը բարեփոխումների շարունակական իրականացման, միջազգային փորձագետների ներգրավման և մարդկային ռեսուրսների վերապատրաստման գործում:

Միջազգային կառույցների ներկայացուցիչները բարձր են գնահատել զբոսաշրջության խթանման, ավիացիայի ոլորտի զարգացման ուղղությամբ ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից ձեռնարկվող քայլերը և պատրաստակամություն հայտնել աջակցել գործադիրին՝ բարեփոխումների տարբեր բաղադրիչների իրականացման գործընթացում:

Կառավարության ղեկավարը, ամփոփելով քննարկումը, կարևորել է նման ձևաչափով հանդիպումները, քանի որ դրանք նպաստում են համագործակցության արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը: Վարչապետը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել միջազգային դոնոր կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներին՝ կառավարությանն օժանդակելու պատրաստակամության համար և վստահեցրել, որ հետևողական է լինելու ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները կյանքի կոչելու հարցում:
