Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության Շուշի քաղաքում հաստատված ռուսաստանցի հայտնի մեծահարուստ գործարար Գերման Ստերլիգովի ընտանիքը որոշել է տնտեսություն վարել եւ’ ԼՂՀ-ում, եւ’ Ռուսաստանում: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին «Կոմսոմոլսկայա պրավդա» թերթին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է Ստելիգովի կինը` Ալյոնա Ստերլիգովան:

Նա ասել է, որ վերջերս իր որդիների հետ ԼՂՀ-ից վերադարձել է Ռուսաստան` իրենց հայրենի Սլոբոդա, որպեսզի մասնակցի իր փեսայի` Օլեգ Սիրոտայի պանրի արտադրամասի բացմանը:

«Մենք Ղարաբաղում հին ալրաղաց ենք ձեռք բերել, որն աշխատում է լեռնային գետակից: Մենք էկոլոգիապես մաքուր ալյուր ենք արտադրում, տնական հաց թխում: Այնտեղ շատ համեղ պանիրներ կան, աստվածային գինի: Մենք տեղացի արտադրողների հետ պայմանավորվել ենք, որ նրանց արտադրանքը կվաճառենք Ռուսաստանում: Գերմանը մնացել է Ղարաբաղում, որովհետեւ Ադրբեջանը նրան Ինտերպոլով որոնում է հայտարարել: Հայ սահմանապահները նախազգուշացրել են, որ Գերմանին կարող են ձերբակալել սահմանը հատելու ժամանակ: Եթե Գերմանը չկարողանա Ռուսաստան գալ, ապա ես երեխաների հետ կգնամ նրա մո տ: Մենք տնտեսություն կվարենք երկու երկրում էլ: Դրանք ունիկալ երկրներ են», -ասել է նա:

Ռուսաստանցի գործարար, հայտնի ֆերմեր, «Ալիսա» սակարանի հիմնադիր Գերման Ստերլիգովը 2015 թվականի հուլիսի 4-ին ընտանիքի` կնոջ եւ 5 երեխաների հետ ժամանել է ԼՂՀ եւ հաստատվել Շուշի քաղաքում: Բաքվի այն հայտարարությանը, որ Գերման Ստերլիգովը հատնվել է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ի «սեւ ցուցակում», նրա փաստաբանը պատասխանել է, որ գործարարն այդ քայլին գնացել է միանգամայն գիտակցված կերպով, եւ հավելել. «Կարծում եմ, որ դա նրա համար միեւնույն է»: Հուլիսի 22-ին հայտնի է դարձել, որ Ստերլիգովի արած` «Ղարաբաղը հինավուրց հայկական հող է» արտահայտությունից հետո Ադրբեջանում նրա դեմ երկու հոդվածներով քրեական գործ է հարուցվել:
