Կառավարության նիստում ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը Սփյուռքի, Առողջապահության և Սպորտի ու երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարարներին նկատողություն արեց արտերկրի ՀՀ դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպումները լուսաբանելու համար: Վարչապետը նախ հիշեցրեց, որ սույն թվականի փետրվարի 20-ին եղել է գործադիր մարմինների ղեկավարներին ուղղված հանձնարարական՝ զերծ մնալ այլ երկրներում ՀՀ դեսպանների ու հյուպատոսների հետ աշխատանքային հանդիպումների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության հրապարակումից: Վարչապետը նշեց, որ խնդրի հետ կապված ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը նամակով դիմել է իրեն:

«Չնայած հանձնարարել ենք, սակայն մի քանի նախարարներ ունենք, ովքեր շարունակում են այդ ոճը: Ես ստիպված եմ այսօր անուններ հնչեցնել։ Հուլիսի 30-ին Հրանուշ Հակոբյանն է հանդիպել Հալեպի գլխավոր հյուպատոսի հետ, Շվեդիայի դեսպանին՝ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանը և սպորտի ու երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարար Գաբրիել Ղազարյանը՝ Նիդերլանդներում ՀՀ դեսպանի հետ։ Քանի որ հանձնարարել ենք և արտգործնախարարը դեմ է լուսաբանելուն, մի արեք նման քայլեր»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց վարչապետը։
