Անջեյ Դուդան ստանձնել Է Լեհաստանի նախագահի պաշտոնը՝ դառնալով հանրապետության ժամանակակից պատմության մեջ պետության վեցերորդ ղեկավարը: Երդմնատվության հանդիսավոր արարողությունը օգոստոսի 6-ին տեղի Է ունեցել Սեյմի (խորհրդարանի ստորին պալատի) լիագումար նիստերի դահլիճում, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:

Սահմանադրությանը համապատասխան՝ Դուդան երդմնատվության տեքստն արտասանել Է Ազգային ժողովի առջեւ: Երդմնատվության ընթացքում պետության ղեկավարի աջ կողքին կանգնած Է եղել նրա տիկինը՝ Ագաթան, որն այսօր նույնպես նոր «պաշտոն» Է ստանձնել՝ դառնալով Լեհաստանի առաջին տիկինը:

Երդմնատվության արարողությանը մասնակցել են պատգամավորներ ու սենատորներ, կառավարության, հոգեւորականության եւ զինված ուժերի ներկայացուցիչներ, տարբեր երկրների դիվանագետներ, Դուդայի ընկերներն ու ազգականները, ինչպես նաեւ Լեհաստանի նախկին նախագահներ Լեխ Վալենսան, Ալեքսանդր Կվասնեւսկին եւ Բրոնիսլավ Կոմորովսկին:

Դուդան հաղթանակ Է տարել հերթական նախագահական ընտրություններում, որոնք Լեհաստանում կայացել են ընթացիկ տարվա մայիսին: Քվեարկության երկրորդ փուլում նրա թեկնածությունը պաշտպանել Է ընտրողների 51,55 տոկոսը՝ 8,63 մլն քաղաքացիներ: Երկրորդ ժամկետի համար առաջադրված Կոմորովսկին հավաքել Է ձայների 48,45 տոկոսը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
