 ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը ՀՀ ԶՈւ ԳՇ պետի տեղակալ գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Հայկազ Բաղմանյանի, 3-րդ բանակային զորամիավորման հրամանատար գեներալ-մայոր Օնիկ Գասպարյանի և բարձրաստիճան այլ զինվորականների ուղեկցությամբ օգոստոսի 7-8-ին հերթական շրջայնցն է կատարել հանրապետության հյուսիսարևելյան սահմանագոտում:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, սահմանագոտում տեղակայված զորամասերում պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը տեղում ծանոթացել է ծառայության կազմակերպմանը, զինծառայողների մարտական ու մասնագիտական պատրաստությանը, սոցիալ-կենցաղային պայմաններին և իրականացվող շինարարական աշխատանքներին: Ստուգվել են նաև զորամասերի զինվորական ճաշարանների շենքային և սանիտարահիգիենիկ վիճակը, զինծառայողների սննդի որակն ու չափաբաժինն երը:

Պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը եղել է նաև մարտական հենակետերում, տեղում ծանոթացել է ամրաշինական և ինժեներական կառույցների հուսալիությանը, ստուգել է մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացնող զինծառայողների պարտականությունների իմացությունը, շրջել է խրամատներում և կատարել է սահմանագծի դիտարկում: Ծառայության մեջ աչքի ընկած և իրենց պարտականություններին լավագույնս տիրապետող զինծառայողներին Սեյրան Օհանյանը խրախուսական նվերներ է հանձնել:

Հյուսիսարևելյան սահմանագոտի կատարած այցի շրջանակում զորամիավորման և զորամասերի հրամկազմի հետ քննարկվել են մարտական պատրաստությանը, առաջնագծում առկա իրավիճակին, զինծառայողների կենցաղային պայմաններին և ընթացող շինարարական աշխատանքներին առնչվող մի շարք հարցեր: Սեյրան Օհանյանը հրամկազմին տվել է համապատասխան ցուցումներ և հանձնարարականներ` ընթացող աշխատանքներն ըստ սահմանված ժամանակացույցի և առավել արդյունավետ իրականացնելու ուղղությամբ:

Բանակային զորամիավորման ենթակա ստորաբաժանումներից մեկում պաշտպանության նախարարը զրուցել է նաև նորակոչիկների հետ: Ողջունելով և խաղաղ ծառայություն մաղթելով նրանց` Սեյրան Օհանյանը կարևորել է զինվորական ծառայությունը յուրաքանչյուր հայ երիտասարդի համար՝ ինչպես հայրենիքի հանդեպ պարտքը կատարելու, այնպես էլ բարոյակամային հատկանիշներ ձեռք բերելու տեսանկյունից:

Հերթական շրջայցի ընթացքում ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարը հանդիպել է նաև սահմանամերձ մի շարք համայնքների ղեկավարների և բնակիչների հետ: Ծանոթանալով նրանց խնդիրներին ու մտահոգություններին` Սեյրան Օհանյանը վստահեցրել է, որ պետական սահմանի պահպանությունը հուսալի ձեռքերում է և արվում է ամեն ինչ խաղաղ բնակչության առօրյան առավել անվտանգ դարձնելու ուղղությամբ:
